just thought of something...

kegeling slightly pulls on the ligs, so wouldn't kegeling while stretching make for a better stretch? its kind of like pulling on two sides of a rope as opposed to just one. not to mention that this will take care of the PC muscle workout, and maybe build it up more.
 
yeah thats wot i do do add a little more intensity.if have a look at the dld blasters,the whole idea revolves around kegals while stretching,but i dont see why you cant incorporate them into the basic stretch.
