Just purchased Size Genetics extender...help

Hi All....

I am new to this forum so bare with me for the stupid questions that are to follow:

1. I bought the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] recently and am having an issue with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] as it won't play out the audio portion of the video. I emailed Customer Support and they said there is no audio, which I find very hard to believe.

2. I tried calling the US based number and there is no answer. Does anyone have the correct number?

3. How are you suppose to measure out with the rods? Since my audio portion of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] does not work, I do not know how we are supposed to measure the rods given that a twist of the rod is suppose to measure out to something.

Does anyone have the correct customer support line to call? I hate to say it, but I am beginning to think that this product is a scam given the lack of assistance I am currently receiving.

I have a hard time believing that this device is that difficult to use.

Can anyone help me?

No audio? I have never watched the video to know but that does not seem right. But if that is the way they shot the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] it makes little sense. I will pull a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] out and see if it has audio. I can tell you we have much better tutorials in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] forum. I do not understand your question on the rods, could you rephrase for me? The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] takes some learning to master but every man that has received a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] gets it down with a week or two. Do not get frustrated or discouraged, we are here to help you through this process.
 
There is no audio... its not really needed, but it is a visual tutorial of the device. Just a dong, (surely above average but makes the tutorial easier) the device, a pair of hands, and a black backing.

For me, i test fit the rods as needed until i reached the desired level of base line [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] before adjustment. Im fairly aggressive, so i wanted it squashed down to the first line w out adjustment, then adjust to full tension. This may be a tad aggressive for most especially newbies like us, however, i am using coca butter, hydrocortisone, and plenty of neutral moisturizer to keep the tunica plyable allowing me to focus on ligs and prevent stretch marks and stretching skin pains. (Feeling of hair being pulled on your shaft)

Thank you for chiming in, I could not find my disc:) With the information and support in the forums and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] pkfan96 should have no problems learning how to use his [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words]. If you have any questions pkfan96 please ask, we want you to get this mastered.
 
I can confirm there is no audio on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] which is a very poor effort. It took me weeks of using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] to get used to it and at least a month and a half to realise that for an uncut guy like me, the bullshit 52 combo system sucked ass as the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] blew all them out of the water. With the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] device, it's a 10/10 product. So comfortable!

Awful [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] and being uncut, it took weeks to figure out that the death noose as I like to call it was the only suitable attachment. I also hate how at high tension, it constantly slips off, leaving you frustrate and often in pain. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] is really for cut guys. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] with the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words], that's a whole different story though, that's how [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] should have sold their product in the first place. We are suggesting changes to their [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]comfort system[/words]. We have suggested they design something similar to the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words], in every case they have taken our advice so I think we may see this in the future.

I am not sure why this rumor goes around but The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] works for cut and uncut men. The [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] is a great attachment for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words]. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] comes with 52 different ways to wear but many men just prefer the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words].

[words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]Vlc[/words] can be used with the strap or attached to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words]. Strap is easier if you will be walking around outside home!

Its not the same as the technology in [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] though. The way its system works makes your cock respond better to the pulling than if you just strapped to your knee. Plus its infinitely more fun :blush:

Every one of their systems for attachment sucks but the one system we advised them on which was the Velcro strap modification. Companies like SG need to change with the times and constantly be making improvements. They should’ve designed the VLC type connection years ago.

Never liked the velcro! Without the VLC it is painful! I am so glad I have all my kit from years ago! Maintained it all in fantastic condition in my PE museum
