Hello everyone! I have been lurking on the site for a while just trying to get a feel for what seems to work for everyone and if PE gains are really possible. Well I finally decided to give it a go. My starting size is 6" EL and 5.5G. I would like to hit 8-8.5EL X 6-6.5 G. My last 2 sets I'll admit I really wanted to see what it could do and inserted with good erection and did 2 10 min sets at what I thought was close to full pressure. Finally keeping the scrotum from getting pulled in I must say it felt pretty damn good with no pain at all. I did have a adult entertainment going while doing this. I don't have my other tools in the mail just yet but I did feel kinda plump for about 20 mins or so after so I just wrapped an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] after applying lotion and that's how I will sleep tonight. AB sleeve I believe (may try using this while pumping) and some shorter silicone sleeves that are shorter. I'll wear these after pumping. I am completely open to any ideas or adjustments to routines from the vets here.

Just updating on this. The only reason I did was because I had a issue being pulled into the pump. I did have great sessions with it and saw/ felt the pump. So I assume the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x30[/words] will give me more EFFICIENT workout. Now I live in the states and not sure when I will get another pump in the meantime I'm doing work with my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words], [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], wrapping, and since the pump was gone I have been trying some wet jelqs with vitamin E oil 10,000 iu I think it's called.

Dude! Be careful with that 10000 IU Vitamin E oil. It's crazy strong. I strongly suggest getting something else. Hemp seed oil for one is a thing. DLD and many other advocate by vaseline.
Castor oil has a good drag to it, but it takes more work to get it off from the skin.
I actually have that Vitamin E oil in 10000 IU strength. While it is good, it is really strong and only for short period of times, in my opinion. Makes the skin renew by shedding, at least in my case it did, causing a lot of discomfort. (Longer time ago, now I know the properties better and use it only when needed and in really small quantity.)
Well, we are individuals in the end, but lately I've been trying to go for products that are non-comedogenic. (Won't clog pores.) The hemp seed oil is one of those, although high in fat content.
Be safe! And I hope you get a replacement pump soon enough!

I was planning to just grow into but I had a scary situation. I have a good bit of skin around the base and it pulled my scrotum in I didn't bother fixing it. Arkailija thanks for the heads up! The reason I picked up the vitamin E is I thought I would work wonders for the skin health. Cracking a peeling down there sounds scary as hell. Was it the particular brand or was it from other things in your workout? I have never used lube while pumping although I have though about it. What's the benefit of it? Maybe to help ease down the pump and not get caught on the side? I will not be complaining when I bottom out an [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x30[/words] lol. As far as lube while pumping goes, I use a higher-end hair conditioner...has the perfect consistency and washes cleanly with warm water...plus it's cheap

Using lubrication while pumping, for me at least, makes it possible to get more from the session. As in your penis would slide along the cylinder walls easier and therefore help. Certainly has helped me!

Yes, in the beginning especially 5x5x3 is a good way to go. One can even go 3x3x3, as in less minutes in the pump. Maybe add more time to jelqing if one is beginning.
I do a variation of 5x5x3 quite often, where I might pump for 3-7 minutes and then jelq and massage for 3-7 minutes. Varies on how I am feeling quite much, but in total the program follows the 5x5x3 guideline; less fluid retention, more actual growth factor.
