Haha, I go by the same measure too; are my abs still visible since that is very important for me. Though I still weigh myself every morning just to be sure everything is going in the right direction.Aye thanks brother!
I go by abs when it comes to the bulk, if they start to blur away very rapidly then it's time to back off, that's the way I do it, I don't like weighing myself but I do it when I need to.
Eating is a still that everyone needs to masterbest advice from me is to not be so restrictive with the foos you eat, have some of the tastier stuff if it means you'll get your calories so long as you've got sufficient protein and micronutrients.
Everyone should workout, it's sad that I jacked guy in this modern era is someone that there majority view as an art exhibit when in reality he should be classed as the norm, really sad what the western world has become.
The more fat a man has on his body thus less testosterone he produces and the fat also contains the aromatase enzyme that converts the testosterone into estrogen. Not good at all for a man’s well-being.
You’re right about that, having some extra tasty foods around. Have bought me some potato chips and a couple of bags of nuts and some really tasty protein yoghurt just to speed up the weight gain process. I eat so healthy most of the time anyways so a bit of snacks with fats, carbs and protein won’t do me any harm, just aiding in the weight-gain process.
And most definitely, yes, everybody should work out and put on some muscle mass, especially as we age. Too bad most people can’t be bothered or are just too lazy to work out. I remember this summer walking my dog with just a shorts on in the hot weather and I passed to younger boys that exclaimed: «wow, look at that guy».
