  • Interval hanging 9x5 minute sets
  • Bathmate HydroExtreme 2x2x3
Good session today. Did some riding of the fatigue today with my hanging. As I got up to a higher weight I eventually found my base unable to take much more with a high weight so I reduced it and did more sets at a lower weight until fatigue was too great and then I stopped. My new sleeves also arrived today and so far I am having no issues with the cup staying on.
Pump session was also good. My EQ isn't as top notch as it could be but it's still decent nonetheless.

Good to hear everything is going well with your PE efforts brotherman. When it comes to EQ I believe it will always suffer a little bit,temporarily, due to the things we put our penis through.

Personally I have a hard time getting 100% erect when doing my jelqs and pumping due to my penis being so fatigued from the 30-40 mins of hardcore stretching I did beforehand.

You're 100% right on that. There will probably be some EQ side effects from doing PE. It's when it becomes difficult to get a Bathmate session done because of inability to get an erection when I feel it's best to take the day off.

Personally I didn't think about this that much when I did length work. I could usually edge after sessions, but sometimes my EQ was not on top...but that is life.
Good EQ in my opinion is easily being able to get an erection for a pump session without having to try so hard(no pun intended). If you can't get an erection for a pump then it's probably best to take the rest of the day off.

That’s one way to look at it, and most likely 100% correct as well.

Good to know other brethren on here experience the same «issues», means that I’m doing things correct despite minor EQ «issues».

Though must admit I had zero problems getting 100% erect when I was weak yesterday and jerked off to some big tits adult entertainment, haha. Did it several hours after doing my routine. But I do try and stay away from adult entertainment most of the time, don’t even watch it when jelqing and pumping, but I digress.

Wish I could agree with that as I experience minor issues getting 100% erect when pumping after having stretched quite intense beforehand, if I had done the pumping without stretching first I experience zero problems getting 100% erect.

Questionmarks always give me some stimulation, and the ability to get hard when doing girthwork. A woman and girth work routine would be the best, but do not have that option jet.

Need some questionmarks when doing girthwork, even when I know questionmarks are not good for my brain.

Then you should test out extending, made my erections able to cut through glass if I wanted to. Always got raging night erections from it as well.

And yes Sir, gotta go hard in whatever form of PE we do, no doubt.

mine works when it has to, once a week (pleasing the partner) the other 99% of time it’s very much limp and lifeless 😂
