  • Interval hanging 10x5 minute sets
  • Bathmate HydroExtreme 2x2x3or4
Incredible session today. Had a good hanging session despite my sleeve reaching the end of it's lifetime and bailing on me soon. Hung more weight this time than ever before and the ligament was screaming at me for it.
Girth session was also very good. My EQ was great and I had an amazing few sets without too much oedema after I reduced the water temperature.

Thank you brother. I read your other post about not overdoing the weight. I know about more weight not being better for gains in every occasion. What I'm after is the ache on the base and the intensity of the stretch, and usually when the weight starts to feel like less then it's time to move up every so slightly.
For the next while however I will focus on adding more sets rather than weight.

That’s the way to do it!

You need to be adding more set time if you don’t feel the fatigue and if that doesn’t work then increase the weight slightly.

There should own b fatigue after you train. If you're not feeling that fatigueyou need to Up your Sets and intensity

The best session in all my days of PE today. 10 straight sets of pure bliss with the hanging and my dick took it like a champ. The feel I got from it however tells me that it is time for a deconditioning break from length as I feel my penis isn't giving like it used to and needs to re-sensitise itself to length work again. So I may take a 1 week break depending on how the next length session goes. I'll wait until the end of the week and we'll see then.

Pumping session was tremendous. EQ was through the roof. Penis felt full as fuck. Nothing to complain about there.
 
I know what you mean after the 10 hours of stretch, then hang, follow by pumps. Even with the fatigue feeling, the pump session (making by little guy screams going toward 14mmHG at 3 mins bursts as the last two sessions with full engorgement), my EQ was beyond solid. I had to ask the missus help me to ease up on the stacked payload. She enjoyed it for nearly a solid hour. I may be entering into dangerous limit as I head towards 16mmHg, but the little guy kept on asking for that extra expansion.

Bundled stretches are so important to loosen up tunica albigunea and to elongate your entire penis optimally. You need less force as well if you are doing bundled stretches. In every stretch you are stretching more internal tissue, compared to a regular stretch.

My belief is also that with bundled stretches, you are able to cement your gains faster.

Just rotate your penis (left + right) and hang it. The time you are bundled to left, should be equal to the time you are bundled to the right. Each set consists of left + right bundled stretches. Try 10 minutes per set. 5 minutes left bundle + 5 minutes right bundle with a high load/heavy weight. 2 sets per session.

I have not tried this myself, but it should work. You are just using weights/gravity instead of your hands to stretch.
 
Awesome progress! keep up the great work and thanks for sharing! I have a bathmate hydromax extreme 9 that I really like. I am curious when your pumping do it let the pump hang? Pull on it some? I do not use the shower strap or comfort pad. no issues with leaking.

Actually, this is the past and current method I used for hanging. I perform the hanging while doing upward pelvic thrust exercises with 30lbs kettle belt weight to strengthen my hip joints while engaging 7.5lbs BTC hanging method. I twist the penis fully 3 mins to the left, then 3 mins to the right, and switch to 10 mins at 5lbs. I reach fatigue extreme fast at this point for the weights.

On days I have to get to work, I strap on the ADS with tensions between 2.5lbs to 3lbs. On days I'm home, I add on 3 more sets of this.

Thanks for the support brother! I use the pump when I am lying down in the Bath. I pull on it occasionally but I personally never have enough consistency with Bathmate Pulls in order to get any real benefit from them. I am certain however that they are effective at what they do.

Not a bad PE session today after a 2 day break. The weight definitely felt like more of a stretch plus the addition of the heat before the workout probably made the tissue more malleable. Bathmate session was also very good, I only got 3 sets but it was still decent nonetheless.

I will be losing some visible size in the coming weeks/months as I am back on the bulk and will be for a while longer. I am hoping that I do not get too fat during this time, fingers crossed.
