Perhaps these rest days I've had to take due to travel and spending time with my girlfriend have aided in my healing/growth.
I haven't had much time for using my extender, I need to get back onto using that.

wow you must be so psyched! I’m very proud of you and I would like to say to all my brothers to look to you for an example of someone who came here with great desire to make changes and you were willing to do the work necessary to make that happen. Congratulations my friend.
 
If you want to make a change you have to be willing to put the time and effort in.

As of right now, I think I've cemented 5.35'' girth, which is .15'' gain in a pretty short amount of time.
The length, if I'm erect and I slightly pull on my penis I reach that 7.24'', but I don't think it's quite a usable size yet. (YET)!

Super excited nonetheless.. I also found a way to apply more pressure with my bathmate just by the angle I press it to my body. So that's awesome and allowing me to nearly reach the 7'' mark in the bathmate instead of the 6.5 at max.

You SRT routine is killer, I adjusted it slightly to my needs, like 15 seconds more stretching to make up for any re-gripping or slips, and adding 3 or so minutes per bathmate session to my 5x5x3 (5x8x3). But I also get a very good result of temporary gains afterwards, and I'm looking forward to gaining permanently so I can get something crazy like 6.5'' temporary girth just for fun.

Notes:
I truly didn't want to P.E. today, but I pushed through.. I got together with my girlfriend earlier and we had sex, maybe that took the desire to P.E. out of me, but I did it! However, tomorrow if I'm not feeling like P.Eing, I'm going to take a day off. I was actually a bit sore. My tunica has been under a lot of stress haha.

Not entirely certain my girth is cemented, but it seems my measurements are now: 7.24"-7.3" X 5.35"
Also I did get my BPFSL to 7.56" today after I stretched.

Decided to give it a rest day.
I over did it on the 9th with too much pressure pumping, had a pretty bad edema rind on the bottom side of my penis.
May do basic stretching but no bundleds.

I think these are the reason I've been cumming so intensely, plus my girlfriend has been commenting on how much I've been ejaculating.

Had great sex with my girlfriend this evening and didn't even think about size insecurity. Made for a much more fun and enjoyable experience between the two of us!
 
@DLD if you look you'll see I upped my stretching to 1 minute each, is that okay? or is it too soon to do that?

And you can go as long as you want Josh. If you can keep a stretch for 60 seconds keep a stretch for 60 seconds. There is no limit to how much length work you can do.
