You always want to start your training whether it be length or girth by doing five minutes of bundles stretching. Since you have the LM you can do the stretches using the LM. Spend about five minutes to an 1/2 minutes to the left and 2 1/2 minutes to the right. This will be considered a warm up.

Main length routine
Stretches should be done using the LM.
5 minutes of Bundled Stretching

3 Sets of each stretch below
LM Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
LM Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
LM Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

LM Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
LM Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
LM Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
LM Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

LM Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
LM Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
LM Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
LM Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

LM Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
LM Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
LM Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
LM Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Finish your length routine by doing five minutes of expressive stretching. This is very easy to do with your LM simply strap in at the lowest point on your shaft possible, being sure all skin is above the attachment point, and stretch from there.

Girth Routine
5 minutes using your Bathmate at full intensity
5 minutes SlowSquashJelq

5 minutes using your Bathmate at full intensity
5 minutes SlowSquashJelq

5 minutes using your Bathmate at full intensity
5 minutes SlowSquashJelq

Finish your routine during the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch found in the newbie routine.

Also be sure to get in your pelvic floor muscle work. You will find an excellent Kegel routine in the newbie routine.

Once or twice a week I would like you to stretch erect for 5 to 10 minutes as this will help solidify length gains.

finally at every possible point of the day wear your ADS at a minimal to moderate setting this will help you cement length gains very quickly.

Most importantly please say a prayer for me to Jesus telling him how much I love him.

@DLD Sensei, i'm having some issues with this routine and i also have some questions.

1 - First of all, from all the gear that i have, you make me a routine with a thing don't own (yet, is in my wish list for the future), the Lenght Master. ?

2 - The other issue, is 5 min shower with the Bathmate and alternating with 5 min of jelquing, its really not praticall for me in the morning, my dayli routine consist in take a shower in the morning and go to college.

3 - Other question that i have is, when you saied that is to make 3 sets of each below, you mean 3x (times) scretching for center, right, left, rotating of each up, out, down and behind the cheeks??

4 - Other question is, do i need any day off from PE during the week for healing, or is 7/7?

5 - Can i do the full erect Stretch for 5-10 min with an extender, or you want me to only using the hands??

Remember I told you that I would include both LM work out and a manual version because you said eventually you would be picking up the lengthmaster. keep that information for when you do get a LM.

I wish you could do it the way I say 5×5×3 but if that’s too difficult what you can do is 10 minutes to 15 minutes of pumping and then get some SlowSquashJelqs to try to counter any retention you take on.

Yes you’ll be doing three sets of each stretch. If this is too much for you you can bring it down to two sets or even one set if it’s too much.

I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

I recommend you do the erect stretch manually as I have never tried it otherwise and I can’t advise on the safety of it.
 
@DLD i gonna report my personal experience here.



First i was using a regular extender with the strap (photo above), but beside it isnt a pain like i would think, my glands (very sensible by the way) stay really cold, i was worried about blood flux issues.. So i move on into this (other photos), its SO COMFORTABLE, i mean i think i can wear this all day long (its only a mess when i need to go to the bathroom).



I fuckin Love this MOD!

Another MOD, this time in pelvic area. I place a soft silicone cock ring first in the penis, and then the extender with vacum setup.

Now its 100 % comfortable. I think i can actually sleep with this.

DLD wait till you see my homemade Phallosan with some kindda "foam ring" in the penis. I just went to my wardrobe and grab some old sweat wrists cleaner that i have when i used to play Tennis.

By the way, if you ever have any idea of developing a new device for PE, talk to me, i can design him in SolidWorks (you can open the files also in Inventor). No costs, its the payment for being filled with your knowledgement Sensei.

Im actually having some lights to develop a manual or automatic device for auto jelquing. Who knows if this brotherhood like the idea.


My new meta now, is create an extender that make no edemas, no blood flux issues, no extreme strain in pelvic area, no slip off, and make it very simple to disassembly (or even not necessary) and go to bathrrom during the day without making me an headache and put it back on. And i actually think that i have the solution for all of that with a very smart and simple way. I will show you how when it is ready.

Quick Update - Today i measured myself again (didn't do it since i bought my new Hydromax 7 Xtreme) , and i gained 0.2cm Erect Length and 0.5cm in Erect Girth (12cm now), quite good i think for a space of 2 weeks, they should be all like this =D .

@DLD today the Phallosan Forte App send me to measure my penis for data storage.

After +- 10 days of 57.4 hours of using extenders + Hydromax Xtreme sessions daily + Manual Exercises daily, the results are these:


NBPFL - 8.5 cm
FG - 10 cm
NBPEL - 14 cm ( + 0.3cm)
EG - 12.3 cm ( + 0.3 cm)
BPEL - 16.5 cm ! And we need to talk here in this point. Sensei i mean, I WON 1 CM of BPEL in 10 fucking days of PE right here. OMFG!!!!! Is this even possible or real??! I mean, i think i measured correctly, but this is really hard to believe... Note that this christmas, reveillon and study for finals exams I gain almost 6Kg, its possible that the NBPEL increase a little when im in shape and loss some weight.

Never look at a gift horse in the mouth! I’m proud of you and you should be proud of yourself! Never ever second-guess something as positive as this. Put this confidence under your belt and use a cheap inspire your future growth.
