hey guys

while starting my jelging excercises, i had a tough time getting him and keeping him erect -50-70%. im on various medications that might add to the issue. my questions are what would you recommend and also, are we allowed to use a cock ring to keep the erection and blood in the penis or does it prevent the blood flow in and out for that long?

so is it ok to use a cock ring during jelging and what other recommendations do you have?

also, can we use baby oil during jelging?

Yes, you can use a cock ring or a cable clamp (as many users use). You may also want to use adult entertainment to stay erect, if you have not tried this yet.
 
yes you can, I used olive-oil in the beginning of my jelq sessions, but vaseline is probably the best imo
 
Out of all the lubes I have used vaseline is the best. The reason is vaseline has a "drag" to it unlike other oil-based products. Baby oil is too slippery, no drag at all.
