For the past 2 days I have been hitting it hard, and I am absolutely riding the fatigue. My routine
Lengthmaste stretches
10 min bundles all directions
20 minute newbie holding for 1 minute per stretch

I do this 2 times a day plus where the silistretcher for about 9 hours. I use 1 of my sessions for expressive stretchingwith the length master towards the bottom of my shaft. My 1 inch by April goal is going to happen. My motivation is high and my commitment is high let’s get growing

Sounds good my brother. Were you able to try some of those stretches I advised above? They will really help you skyrocket your growth
 
I got 4 days of good training with 7 days of at least 10 hours per day of silistretcher. I got 2 days of 2 30 mins of stretching with lm and with the other 2 at 30 mins per day. I am keeping the ruler in the drawer but it looks like I am gaining length. Woot woot. Motivation is low right now since I am in the grind but that is to be expected. I am keeping consistent with as much pe training as life will allow with the max being 5 days per week. My next short term goal is to get to 3 rotations of the length master I am at 2.5 so I keep working that. I am 2 weeks into my 12 week to an inch challenge and have 2 more until I measure l. Let’s get growing
 
Motivation is not continuous, it is a momentary thing, it will only last intermittent moments throughout the PE- journey...
...know your Why, the purpose you are taking this PE-journey. Sometimes, we really don't know our purpose with certain goals. Once you truly know the why, the real purpose for doing it. That is when you keep pushing through the hard, difficult, awkward, frustrating, feeling like quitting times all the way to the end of your PE-journey.

No soreness no gain ?

A big difference between pain and soreness. What you’re feeling is fatigue for all the right reasons and riding it out is the smartest thing you can do to gain length
 
Another week in the books. I logged 40-60 minutes 4 days in lengthmaster with super intense stretches. I had to take a day off because I was so sore. I have hit my pain threshold with stretching. I logged at least 12 hours per day in silistretcher for the last 5 days with high tension to ride the fatigue wow I could only handle it for about an hour before i had to lessen the tension. I could feel it in the shaft big time. 2 days of silo stretcher and rest ahead of me. I hit it hard this week because next Friday is measure day and 1 month into my 3 month challenge of an inch. Getting big gains it’s gonna happen. 2021 year of big gains let’s get growing

Measuring day. I am still working on getting a good pic of erect length but was able to get the bpfl length. The result are a slow start in my first 4 weeks but gains are gains. I have reached 20.1 cm bpfl with an 18.8 bpel than is an increase of .7 bpfl and .3 bpel. My gains are slowing down but I feel big gains are coming my way. I am going to get in 3 sessions of erect stretches per week to start closing the gap. I am going to hit the next 4 weeks hard I want bpel over 8 inches by April 15. I am then going to take a 2 week Devon as this will be my 6 month benchmark. I will then continue and start having a balanced routine of length and girth. I have never pumped or done girth work so I am excited. I started jelquing for conditioning and increases healing. Let’s get growing
 
I know just how difficult it is to get a picture of your penis erect with a ruler next to it. The penis is allergic to rulers LOL so you made the right move, measure bone pressed flaccid stretched and you’ll always get the exact measurements. And yes, thank God for the gains! It’s a process that takes time and patience but I know you got this. Again I’m very proud of you for taking the picture and posting it in the brotherhood, it’s very admirable.

I am going to work up to 5 lbs and hang for long periods of time using heat to assist in the stretch. Looking forward to 2 days rest and hitting it hard next week with hanging and lengthmaster. Let’s get some big gains!

I’m so happy to see you using the Lengthmaster properly. This is your way to your goal. Remember to always take advantage of the fatigue by stretching even more. If you’re not having sex I would put even more effort into your training. While you’re in a constant state of fatigue you will constantly make new growth.

Got a solid 4 days of trading in last week. I was on a trip for 3 days this weekend so no training was done due to privacy issues. I am looking forwArd after my 6 month anniversary decon and looking at heating options and girth options to include in my routine. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Staying consistent and on point for my exercises. It is just a part of my day now and I look forward to each session. Well the final results are in. This is my 6 month anniversary of PE with very consistent growth. I scored a 5 out of 5 last week for hanging, length master and silistretcher. My final measurement are 19.7bpel and 20.8 bpfl. This equates to a monthly increase of .3 bpfl and .3 bpel. Good increase and it is time for a 2 week Devon for healing. My goal is to really work the testical massage during this time heal and bowl to continue to increase the bowl to my flaccid stretch.
 
So the final numbers are an increase 4.3 cm bpfl and 3.2cm bpel. I think a lot of this is due to newbie gains the first month was a monster for me. The last 5 months I averaged 4.5mm bpfl per month and 4.25mm per month. My gains were definitely trending downward towards the end so I know I am getting towards the end of my froth cycle. I attached a chart with my first six months. Looking forward to the beak and hitting it hard for the next 6 months. I have committed 2 years to this process for 8.5 x 6.5 goal. I will start adding in some girth sessions next round of training but still hit length hard. Thanks for everyone’s support this has been a great journey so far.
 
Well I can say that it is hard to not do pe, I am always thinking if I should get in another stretch or how to work in a lengthmaster session. This is a good sign I guess as it is just a habit now. Rest and heal is my goal for the next 2 weeks might be as difficult as one itself

Rest is different for everybody. I never took rest days. I went seven days on for 15 years. Asking my opinion about how much work we should do, I’m always gonna tell you to do the most you possibly can. When I got in this game people made a half inch gain in two years and were happy with that, I was not having that! It was no way in the world I was waiting that long for a half inch of length.

My first progress report after six months I put on 2 inches of length and 1/2 of an inch in girth. When I posted this on another forum at the time they did not believe me until they were able to see picture proof. But it went way beyond that, the BBC, channel 4, GQ magazine, king magazine, source magazine, salon and many other outlets did articles and documentaries on my growth and measured me in person. You can find many of these articles and videos right here in the brotherhood.

I am going to be incorporating heat into my routine and have gotten a ultrasound device to work with. I am going to be incorporating that with a 30 min length master routine and start girt workout 3 times per week with the 5x5x3 routine. The first 12 weeks I ant to 22 cm bpfsl and to get to 14.5 cm girth. I am starting out at 13.3 right now so that would be a 1.2 cm gain. Looking forward to the next leg in my journey. Welcome back my brother! Have no fears about whatever you lost it will come back after the first week you train. And after a D-con break you can expect to see you very quick growth, almost like a newbie.
 
Are you still doing 5 days PE/stretch and 2 days off? This is what I’ve been doing the last 2 weeks and I hope it works for me too. Then I read about those taking no days off and feel guilty LOL.

i need the 2 days though for healing and my spouse wants the D and can’t be sore for that.

Last week I logged 3 solid days of training. I am still 80 percent length focused with a 20 percent girth focus for conditioning. For length I do a 30 min length master low grip with 10 min of bundles included. I will do this 3 times per week to really express the inner penis. The last 2 length master routines will be behind the glands grip at 30 min

I am incorporating heat into my routines and focusing on developing that variable. I have purchase a us device and the total man heating pad for thepenis. I warm up for 30 min in heating pad while hanging then straight into ultrasound for 20 min and cool down for 20 min while hanging. It will be interesting to see if that will have an effect on my growth.

for girth I am taking the next 3 months and conditioning myself to the 5x5x3 routine. I only pump to 5hg and am working on perfecting ssj but I am still not able to complete a full work out which is expected andI feel 12 weeks will be enough to condition and maybe add a 1/4 inch.

I like running 12 on and 2 off and shoot for 1 inch of growth. I will sametime frame again. Here’s to big gains the next 12 weeks, let’s get growing.
 
The smartest thing you’re doing right now is incorporating heat into your work out. I think one of the biggest things I did the other people didn’t do that brought me so much size was I use a heating pad the whole entire day. I would use it when I was training and when I was not training I would wrap my penis in it to heal. Do you feel like things are going better now that you’re using heat?
 
I am in the first week of it but it seems that my tissue is much more pliable with it sir far. I am hoping this will translate into bpfl for this three months. I will post the data we will see what heat does to a growth regime.

If you’re going to see a massive difference. Heat is a extremely important component of growth. As a matter of fact I will be writing heat into the SRT routine sometime this month.

I am going to have to work the next 3 weeks hard then I have a family trip for 7 days with no hope of privacy just manual stretching worked in. I am not counting that week in my 12 week trial so it will be just maintenance. I still updatenew measurement in 3 weeks to see the progress let’s get gaining

Have you considered the heating pad I advised?
 
Yup I am working the heating pad right now during this trial. I think I am going to scale back my girth work for this trial as it is very demanding. I am going to focus on length solely to get to 23 bpfsl. I am 21 so I will need to gain about 2mm per week let’s get gaining

I love this, I am putting this on my wall you truly are a wizard of data. I am going to focus on this and make it happen. I was able to gain 1 mm per week average my last trial send that was over six months. With heat I am hoping that will at least double my gains. Let’s get growing
