Well not a great start. I was working on my first us therapy trial and got 2 huge blisters. I started off way to fast after Decon. I will have to rely on manual stretches and my trusty length master for this weeks 2 mm. The us trial will have to begin next week while I heal. This sucks i got overzealous. I also printed off threats milestone sheet and have it pinned up. 9 inches watch out here I come
So update still on the injured list and not up to 100% yet. I am working with the sizegenetics right now to fill my time as the 2 blisters are still healing. I am playing around with this platform to see if it can supplement as another way to perform heat therapy. Still working the length master to get my 2 mm for this week and hope I can get a couple us therapy sessions this week to move my gains forward. Sights are set on 9 bpfsl this trial it will happen let’s get gaining
??The blisters are almost healed and i will be able to keep training as planned. I have been working on a suction workaround that is very promising. I was able to achieve a 1.9 % strain rate going from 20.4 to 20.8 in a session. This also puts me in line with my 2mm per week goal thanks to threat! Next week is to put a little heated hanging and us with the vacuum cup. Still moving forward gotta stop injuring myself.
Had a good Monday to start this week off. I was at 20.6 cm before heat trial and 20.9 after which is a 1.4% strain. Good progress still getting my gains. Measurement date in 2 weeks let’s get gaining.
Had a huge day today just wanted to get it recorded. I was able to do a heat session and started at 20.6 and hit 21.1 bpfsl. That is a 2.4 percent strain. Look out 23 cm here I come.
I am back from vacation and it has been 13 days of Decon. It went a little longer then expected due to the holiday. I am going to start this trial over due to the length and the shortness of my last trial. I am hoping threat-x will be able to redo my 2 mm per week schedule. I am starting at my same starting point of 20.4 that I started with last time. This is a loss of .8 everything I had gained in my last trial. This will be a 12 week trial with using heating pads, ultrasound and lengthmaster totally focused on length. My goal is to get to 23 cm and keep going until my gains go to zero. This will be a tough go but I want to finish my length training. I will update weekly and length monthly let’s get growing

21.4 is my longest measurement ever so a big win for me. I only got a 1 mm increase in my longest measurement this week so I wonder if my gains are slowing down. I will know more in a couple of weeks. I am 1.6 mm away from my goal of 9 inch bpfsl so I will have another trial after this one at least. Still working forward with the heat therapy. Let’s get gaining

I measured the 21.6 3 times to make sure it was legit and it was. I thought the gains were coming to a stop but I was able to get to 21.6 for this week. Still on the .2 cm per week schedule. I will take 3 days off and come back on Monday. Let’s get growing
Still chugging a long my gains seem to have slowed I got a consistent 21.1-21.6 3 times last week for my sessions. Looking like a length Decon is in order. Have 2 weeks of the left then it will be a 6 week Devon focused on girth. Let’s get growing

Cementing my goals tonight. This is the year of BIG GAINZ! For me! I have 1.2 cm to hit the 9 inch bpfsl and I have 6 weeks to accomplish my task. I am going to add a lengthmaster session after my heat session 4 days a week to see if I can get my gains back on track. I will be holding a 9 inch cock at the end of this trial September first. I am visualizing it and I will do whatever it takes to get there. All aboard the gain train 9 inch here I come
Day 1 of my six week challenge. I added 15 min bundled before my heat therapy and hung 5 lbs for 30 min with heat in a later session. I am going to break this plateau I need to get to 22 cm even this week to stay on my 2 mm per week goal. It is going to happen let’s get some gains
Ok I will take a look at those thank you for the suggestions. Got to break this plateau and hit my 23cm mark 1.2 cm to gomaybe adding a new exercise to get to that point. Let’s try something that you’ve never tried before, some of the more obscure stretches available. If you hit a different angle you may find growth there. You can look up some of these exercises which really give a different type of a stretch. The first and best way to add to the routine is to add in the Lengthmaster. You want to use the Powerassist portion of the LM To do fulcrum stretching. If you do not have a Lengthmaster what you can do is get a piece of PVC pipe and use that to do the fulcrum exercises. You could also look through a few other stretches that will hit angular growth. Check out the DLD sock stretches, they are awesome too.
It goes against the us protocol but I am still in my first year so hopefully getting this last little bit will not toughen my tissues to much. The have about 4 months for my first year and I want to hit a bpfsl of 23 cm. This is my length goal so then I will start to hit girth hard next year to get to my 6.5 inch. I guess I am just going to have to have patience and do one more heat trial

I will have 1 more trial of the us to get to my 9 inch bpfsl which is my final goal, the switch to a girth only routine. Starting my 5x5x3 and erect stretching to close the gap. Looking forward to starting my first girth focused routine. Let’s get growing

I went for 7 weeks, I really wanted that 22 so I pushed a little. So it was not exactly to standard. I also started to bundle the last week to break my plateau, again not to standard but I figure I am still in my first year of PE I wanted to push a littleMight have understood this wrong, but 22 cm BPFL:O or 22cm BPFSL?

Well I gotta say pumping is awesome. I started at 13.3 cm and got up to a 14.8 cm girth right below the glands. It is amazing to see my sick that size. I know it is temporary but it tells me there is room to grow. I only go up to 5hg to get used to it and plan on stay with that pressure as I am getting good expansion. I did have a worry though, I was only able to get up to 17cm length in the tube? I measured my boel and it is at 19.1? I measured the tube and it is .5 cm short so I got to 17.5. I am wondering where the last 1.5cm went? The only thing I can think of is my turkey neck is holding back my length, I did feel a lot of tightness on the bottom skin? Well I will keep working and maybe this pumping will take care of my turkey neck as well? Let’s get gains brothers
Yes I have confirmed that it is the turkey neck that is keeping me from getting to 19cm in the mitivac. I did some experiments and used a little more skin on the bottom in the tube and i was able to get to 18.5 cm and my skin was still tight on the bottom. Looks like I have my work cut out for me. I will be focusing on closing the gap between my bpfsl of 22 and my bpel of 19cm. That is a gap of 3 cm pretty significant.Turkey neck is something that needs to be avoided. Turkey neck happens when you do not anchor one hand against the base of your penis when you’re stretching. You should always have one hand at the base holding back the scrotum while the other hand stretches the penis. If you stretch without anchoring the hand back you’ll end up with turkey neck. There’s only one way to get rid of turkey neck that is not surgical and that’s doing the testicle health massage and stretch every day consistently. Eventually the turkey neck will become displaced traveling down your scrotum.

Heated 5x5x3 with heating pad around tube and mos red on

this will be my routine for the next couple of weeks, I am getting 1.7 cm expansion in the 5x5x3 with very little fluidretention. The erect stretches I am really feeling at the lid so this will increase my bpel. This will go on until my next length phase in 6 weeks starting the 2nd week of September. Let’s get gaining
