So my dick is hugely sore after this workout and I have to take a day off, is this normal for girth to do 1 day on and 1 day off? Or do I need to acclimate more?

That’s pretty normal with girth. A lot of men after their girth workout find themselves in the state of fatigue where it’s difficult to gain a good erection. That is normal but what you can do during these times and stretch the hell out of your penis because when you’re in the state of fatigue your pelvic floor muscles cannot hold back stretch and you get the best possible.


when I put the cocking on it is uncomfortable, should I just continue to get used to it or should I do a full package cocking? Is this more comfortable, more effective?

Hard to tell without you. It should not be painful but there should be some good pressure. When you say painful is it pressure or is it actually sharp shooting pain?

Update last week I got 4 solid days trading in and had to take Friday off due to penis being super sore. The good thing is that it is sore in the middle of my own is so I know I am expanding the tissues inside. I am working my cock ring game so I can get up to 3 hours per day. This will be my 3rd week focused on girth so at the beginning of my 5th week I will take a measurement to see if I have any gains. Still trucking update in a week
 
I was only able to get in 3 workouts this week of the 5x5x3, but did everyday of the erect stretches and the testicule health massage. It does seem that I am hanging much more heavy and my turkey neck is getting less and less. This week has been 3 weeks of Decon for length. I am at a 21.6 bpfsl so I think that is permanent. I lost .5 cm off of my longest of 22.1. With the way my girth is going I am going to mix in some heated length work. This is the most Devon I have had from length and I am losing my rhythm with the intensity of girth work. Here’s to getting the 9 inches next trial. Let’s get growing
 
Maybe we should consider a length only routine or perhaps a different timing and approach to your girth routine. Many brothers find it difficult to get everything in every day and this ends up becoming stressful. Some men will go for length first and once they reached their goal they switch over to girth. So there are many options for you to choose from, I hope one of these help you
 
Hey brothers just wanted to update the progress log. Motivation has been down but was able to get 2 girth workouts this week and to continue with the testicles health massage and erect stretching for 5 days. I am taking measurements on Monday to see what the first 4 weeks have brought to my girth and erect length. My intensity is not where I want it to be, I am just being lazy no excuses. Let’s get going for a good week next week let’s get on the gain train ?
 
1 month update. After 3 days of no training I have gained 4 mm of girth. Heck yeah! I went from 13.3 to 13.7 before training. This is doing the 5x5x3 routine with a maximum of 3 times per week. I had a thrombosed vein for last week I let heal which took out a few sessions but better safe then sorry. My pressure never goes above 6 hg, keeping the pressure low in the beginning getting the newbie gains. After trading I was a solid 15mm, a 1.3 mm increase so I know I am getting the expansion I need.

In other fronts I am doing my erect stretches and testicle health massage and measure 20cm bpel. This isa 1 cm increase in a month, definitely keeping that going. I am at a steady 21.6 cm bpfsl and will be working my us protocol this week. Going to hit and cement my 23cm 9 inches in this trial let’s get gaining
 
Had a solid 4 days of girth and length this week. I am rocking the 5x5x3 routine for girth. I was able to get 3 heat sessions this week with some not so great numbers.

I have to get more effective and efficient in my length train I feel rusty after my decon and it shows in my numbers. My goal is to get to 23cm for my bpfsl this time around. Back to the grind my 1 year is up in November and I want to hit my 23cm cemented. Had a rough last week and only 1 day of training. Unfortunately my privacy went to zero last week, but I am back and my goal is to get 4 days of hard training in this week. Still rocking 21.6 bpfl and 13.9 cm girth after 5 days off.
Workout is as follows
20 min erect stretching and test health massage in front of mos red

20 min bundled lengthmaster stretches

45 min extender with heat hitting therapeutic tens for 25 min 10 min warm up 10 min warm down

5x5x3 routine in mityvac

Day 4 complete. I am in the fatigue zone and ready for 2 days off. Great week getting back into the swing of things despite only having 1 training day last week
 
Today I broke up my length and Girth and I think I had better results. For length I was down to 21.4 from the weekend but got to 22 bpfsl after my heat stretcheing. That 22 is a tough one to crack for me but it is going to happen. 22 cm whatch out I am creeping up on you.

after 2 days off I started at 13.9 and got to15cm after my 5x5x3. I am getting expansion but getting past that 15cm mark is also tough.

Well I want to post a demotivating post unfortunately. My girth is expanding but my bpfsl is getting less. I have lost about .5 cm in bpfsl despite consistently stretching and using heated extending. My girth is up to 14 cm though which rocks. I think this is somewhat normal as my penis is robbing some length as it is expanding girthwise. I am continuing to increase my bpel as I have hit 20cm (my current bpfsl before training is 21.1 now, lower than the 21.6 I have been at), so my gap is narrowing. My penis is definitely thicker as I am growing out of my size genetics the shaft is starting to touch both sides even flaccid.
Gotta trust the process going to get my 23 cm.
 
I did and i have gained .7 cm so far in girth. I am working on the heat therapy as well now in the morning with girth in the afternoon. My 1 year in pe is up end of November so I am trying to squeak out as much gains as I can.

Got 4 days of solid training i this week with the above program. I did not use the lengthmaster this week as I am incorporating more ads into the routine and I was sore for 3 days last weekend. That tool is amazing for results. Still only getting the 21.6 bpfsl whiz is discouraging but I am going to keep heating and keep stretching. In 2 weeks is measuring time so hopefully good news. Hey guys I just wanted to check in. I have been training consistently on girth. I have an observation that I am losing some length and I am gaining girth, something I did not expect. My 1 year of pe ends on November 23 so I am hoping on finishing strong. Still chugging along 4 to 5 days a week. I am going to up my ads to start gaining back the length I have lost during this girth period. I am starting to work on goals for next year and training regimes. Can’t wait for my measurement in November 23rd and my 1 year newbie wrap up. Let’s get gaining brothers
 
Updat I was able to log 140 hours in the silistretcher at moderated tension in October. Working that band the 5x5x3 routine to keep girth moving up. I stopped US training 2 weeks ago as my gains had stopped and actually went backward due to working girth. Going to bring the last few weeks in strong. Then taken a week off. Let’s get gaining
 
Hey brothers checking in. I am still getting 19 hours per day ads and 3 to 4 days of
5x5x3 in. Still perfecting my technique but I am consistently getting 1.5 cm in expansion in a session. I never go above 7hg for the pump and am continuing the low pressure work outs to maximize my gains.

indi have a question as in hours in an ads, I know there was a thread that equated hours to inches and I cannot find it. From my memory I think it was 1000 hrs per inch? If anybody knows the general time to an inch in an ads that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you brothers let’s get gaining
 
The general rule of thumb is, on average a1000 hours per inch...
....providing the PE-Extender is being worn properly.

Personally, I have never found it to be true.
Thanks thr??? that’s what I was thinking. I really want to hit the ads hard for the next 6 months which in theory will give me about 2000 hours. My end goal is to be at a strong 21cm in my 2.25 cylinder. I only pump to 7 hg so I want to continue with the same pressure. I want to continue reaching towards the end of the cylinder while continuing to experiment with girth work. I know there are much faster exercises out there but I am training flaccid hard as well and this hits both. I need 1.4 cm of nbpel to do this so that 2000 hours should get me there. I am hoping by the end of this my flaccid will also be huge most of the time as well.

As you can see, he averaged 11-hour days to stay on schedule for 1000 hours in 90 consecutive days

If you stay diligent to your strategy, 2000 hours in 6-months in a doable PE-endeavor​

Hey brothers checking in. Got to a milestone today in girth training for up to 16cm for expansion using the 5x5x3 method with heat. That is a full 2cm expansion, the best I have ever gotten. I am still chugging away with the silistretcher, I stop myself at 10 hours a day, I feel it keeps me wanting more and makes it easy to strap in the next day. Haven’t taken a day off so hopefully I can get a full month with 10 hours per day in. My official 1 year is 23 November so I will do an official measurement then. I am working on some goals for the last half of my commitment to pe, to 2022 year of big gains. Let’s get gaining
 
Next week is 1 year if consistent PE. It has been quite a journey so far. I am consistently getting 10 hours per day in of silistretcher and 3 rounds of heat therapy sessions and 3 rounds of a 5x5x3 for girth. I have had blisters, soreness and a lot of just getting to know how far to push my body to the point of growth. Well what did all the work get me? I went 3 days no PE to get my absolute cemented gains. I have been longer during my heat therapy and am currently reworking my us protocol to reach my original goals of 23 cm bpfl . I have spent 3 months on girth, only in the first year as gaining length was my first priority. So here are my stats

16.5cm-> 21.2cm bpfsl
16.5cm-> 19.8cm bpel
13.3cm -> 14.2mseg

I do find that my bpel does lag behind my bpfsl quite a bit due to having an upward curve in in my penis. Measuring with a straight ruler is the most accurate. I have measures as high as 22.2 bpfsl during my us trials, but have found that working girth there is a definite robing of length.

In summary the big question, does PE work, absolutely. I have gotten comments from partners about my dick ranging from awesome to “ you need to clone your dick because it is amazing.”

this next year I am going to continue my us therapy trials, while achieving 2000 hours my may in my ads. So I just surpassed 370 hours yesterday and wow my flaccid was 5.5 inches nbp long consistently for 5 hours at night and all the way till morning when I put my ads on at 0730. It is an awesome feeling having that bouncing around. Going for 2000 hours I will keep you updated as I progress, Happy thanksgiving and Happy gaining
 
Just checking in, I completed 440 hours today in the silistretcher. I am still hitting girth with 3 5x5x3 and clamping. I am making good girth gains and starting to make some length gains millimeter by millimeter. I will not take any official measurements until after 1000 hours or slightly over 3 months. I just had a big dick moment! I was having a good girth sessions and I knew I was getting bigger. I finally broke my 15.5 record and got to a solid 15.51 cm = 7.5 inches OF girth and I had very little fluid retention. My flaccid hang with the 10 hours daily ads is improving dramatically as well. Wanted to check in and say I had a great girth day. I hit my 2nd all time high if 15.5 with minimal fluid build up and hit 19.8 in the 2.25 inch tube pumping. That means in the tube I have gained 2 may the same pressure woot woot gains. I started at 19.6 in the tube at the end of November so I know the mm’s are coming my way.my goal is to get to a solid 21cm in tube which i am longer outside of the tube due to the tape being wrong on the tube, which is fine with me, it keep me focused on hitting the workouts. Checking in with a good sick day hit 20 cm in the tube at consistent pressure and hit 16 cm girth after workout my personal best.had very little fluid retention, the 5x5x3 is working I took a 10 day Decon of girth and it seemed to have helped. I am still hitting the silo stretcher and staring to see incremental gains there mm by mm I am growing both in girth and length. 21cm in tube here I come and 16.5 cm girth I am catching up. I finished my 1000 hours in feb in the sili stretcher with no appreciable gains. It did retrain my flaccid big time.I am now at a solid 5 inch flaccid 95% of the time even in winter. I will be doing that again because I want to be up to 7 inch flaccid at all times.

I deconed for 6 weeks no touch and lost 1 cm length. I started my next heat trial at 20.2 cm and 14.0 girth. I am working a 6 week length with 6 week girth afterword this session so we will see what we get for results when sucking cock. I am also measuring from the very top of my pubic bone, the shortest and most consistent spot, so this is a change as well. I’ll post my first 3 weeks of therapeutic heat enlargement later. Let’s get gaining.

I’m also very happy that the site is up and running again and I hope that we increase organtraffic and bring back all help to help the fewer guys.
