I have thought on this but I do not think the world is ready. Under the cloak of a computer most men learn what they need and make the gains they desire. I think we will see this type of clinic happen eventually and most likely started by [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], we have always been the first in all things PE.

Asian people are much more accepting of sexuality than us. They have parades and celebrations all about the penis and futility, something that would not be accepted in the Western World. But I do think an online clinic would work due to the great anonymity we have online.

There was a kickstarter for something like that ("Big Like Me"). Not sure what happened with it.

I think that people who need to know about PE will eventually figure out where to go. More and more people are getting internet access w/ the spikes in the mobile markets.

You do know that there are urologists doing PE right? However, the hard image of them doing PE and vouch for success stories will challenge their credentials in the long run. I got three doing it now, but they will face down the world of nay sayers if they come forward. They rather not take the chances.

IMO, I think water pumping and the effects it is having in EQ will change the game in the next 5-10 years. When we hear stories of men that viagra is no longer working for them, the industry will be forced to endorse Water pumping. My wife would have never accepted me pumping for growth but she gives a free pass for EQ. She knows we are getting older, this is life. She doesn't know I do a bit extra for PE but being out of Stealth mode is great. Viagra and alternatives are not working for quite a few long term users. I have older friends and acquaintances using Viagra for more than a decade, and they reported of diminishing returns after 5 years of constant usages. They even triple dosing on those and the lasting effects were less than adequate. They switched to PE now. Let's just say one of them is in his 70s.
