Yes you have. As far as I and a few other mods can tell, there has been absolutely no mention of DLD being investigated by the FBI. I'm on vacation right now which is why I haven't been around (and probably won't be around much for a while), but I wouldn't think twice about banning you if you continue this bullshit.

I've always liked Pokey more than many folks here. This is being pursued. He hasn't leveled specific accusations and if his "sources" can be substantiated, I'm sure he'll be allowed back here. But if he is making up shit or deliberately misrepresenting something, that is a serious matter. We won't allow that kind of shit to happen to our members, let alone our founder that provides us all with this open forum.

I don't think it was acceptable for Pokey to make such comments without backing it up. If it is true and Mike or Jaz wan't to mention it then that is their porogative. If not then again it's up to them.

I believe that Pokey was simply trying to show off that he has info that others don't or that he's in contact with peolpe that others aren't.

Either way if this is true then for one, I am behing Mike all the way. If there is any way I can help then I will. However, I highly doubt that it has any truth behind it.

Pokey knew nothing anybody else didnt. I'm one of Mikes/DLDs' close friends and if the feds were up his ass, I would feel very betrayed if he hadnt said something by now. It's bullshit. Dont know where this goofball got the idea....probably something he conjured up on his own. 1:1:6 was the projected date for Alpha Blades' launch.....not the carved in stone date. As we all know not everything goes as planned 100% of the time. Mike's run into a few minor challenges, but things are still on track for release/launch this month the last time I talked to him....which was yesterday in fact on the phone.
