First off, nobody knows whether the penis grows from hyperplasia or hypertrophy (what the site suggests), but it is wrong to come out and make definite claims about something that isn't proven. I don't really see why it matters anyway. But the answer is that none of you (us, them) are correct. We simply don't know.

BTW, show me a petri dish of your penis biopsy that shows cell division and we'll call you living proof.
