I'm not pretty sure...most of the time I can spot a PhotoShop from a mile, but this one I'm not sure about. My guess it's fake, but the resolution is too low and the pic too small to realy tell. When real, it's the biggest I've ever seen

IMHO could be real- look at the girls arm. DLD himself claims he is as thick as his wrist and as long as his forearm. The guy in the pic is heavier set (and black lol- damn my whitey genes) so could be real.
