I do stretching exercises first and girth exercises next (jelqing, supra slammer etc.) and sometimes I divided it two part. Girth ex. at morning and strecthing ex. at noon. This different combinations effect on gains? What is the best way? Thanks..
I would say that its more what you feel comfortable with. I have seen a number of people to length at night and girth in the evening and had positive gains. For me i cant see any real damage or plus on gains doing it this way, the more important with is doing what suits you.
