Is this chart posted on MOS correct?

I have always heard that the average penis is 6" non-bone pressed meaning you just simply put the ruler at the base of your penis where the pubic bone is and measure to the end of the head. I looked at this chart today and it states that the average is 5.5" BONE-PRESSED which means you press on your pubic bone as much as you can and get a measurement? If this is true, I can easily get an extra half inch/inch added to the penis size I thought I had..elaborate on this.

yes, it is true! If you are more than 5.5" bone pressed, erect than you have an above average penis. I did the research, you else would?

What is a measurement called when you are just placing the ruler at your pubic area without applying any force, and just measuring to the top of your penis? I would of figured thats the proper way of measuring a penis seeing as that is what you get on a regular basis, because youre not going to always be pushing on your pubic bone while getting head/ having sex for example to get that extra inch or whatnot??

According to the chart, that would mean that the average "normal" is around 4.5" which is farrr smaller than the 5.5-6" ive seen on other websites. Plus that 5.5-6" is supposedly a non-bone-pressed measurement which is a COMPLETE difference from the chart I first posted.
