No its not true. Well let me take that back....7 min a day you would probably gain something like 1/8 inch in 10 years. Its all about effort. The more you put in the more you get out. I feel like if I stretch at the same intensity for 2 hrs a day I will achieve the same gains in half the time as with 1 hr a day. So if I do 4 hours it will take half as long. Maybe this isn't completely right but it is only to make a point
