is it really important to warmup&down?

coz sometimes i don't have time to boil hot water...
can i do Penis Enlargement without warming up/down? What will happen if i don't?

And also, is it okay to just warm up and down once a day but perform Penis Enlargement twice a day (1 in the morning and the other in the evening)
 
whenever possible warm up first. This really helps you to avoid injuries that will force you to take time off from Penis Enlargement.
 
Warming up is more important than warming down. It loosens up the tissues, and helps to open up the chambers in your penis that expand to give you an erection. Without a warm up, it is possible that you can tear the tissue rather than expanding it, and that can give you painful injuries.

I wouldn't do any Penis Enlargement without a good warm up, and I think that one good session a day is enough, unless you are talking about splitting your session into two different halves, which is OK.

yes it is important...you don't want to do anything that might increase the chance of hurting yourself...if you don't have time to boil water...how much time are you spending on your routine? if you have a microwaveable bowl..you can nuke some hot water in about three minutes

Great advice. You absolutely MUST warmup before doing any routine, or you are just asking for trouble. I prefer to warm down also, but that is at your discrestion.
 
As everyone stated, Yes it is very important. Incase if you may not notice they make all the difference in terms of progress and risk of injury if any. The warm downs are for quick recovery and keep blood flowing after a session and especially the very good/intense ones which is a must.

Also make sure you have a reasonable amount of time on warming up like 10 min. I use the bath tub for the hot water.
 
I have read numerous rehabilitation studies which state that warming down is not a good idea but rather to let the tissues come to normal temperature during the workout (provided the room is at a comfortable temperature).
 
When I first started I wasn't doing the warmup and things seemed to be going okay but after a while I had more privacy and could try warming up/down.

It makes a big difference, seems like after warming up everything is more relaxed and it seems like I have had a better workout now that I am warming up prior to doing Penis Enlargement
