actually, Ive tried to attempt this but its just too uncomfortable as it is. I usually wear it for 45 to an hour. Take it off get some blood circulating, dual falcrums, light jelqing and put it on again. I do this about 3-5 times a day but I cant wear it for longer than an hour straight...

Very, very stupid idea wearing it at night. The risks are already high when you are fully concious! Long-term blood REDUCTION to the glans can result in gangrene and amputation will be necessary. Cutting circulation OFF during sleep as DLD said will be diastrous. You don't always wake up in such cases as sleeping on your arm for example, fuck that!!
