New here, I am just getting serious now after a few years of brief on/off experiments with pe. I find that whenever I do Kegels in the flaccid state that I simultaneously feel my anus clenching too. However, if I am erect I do feel that I can isolate just my pc muscle. Is this normal? More importantly, is it okay that my anus clenches at the same time as I am doing flaccid Kegels? Would this cause problems or have negative effects in the long run? I like doing Kegels as they are a great exercise that can be done anywhere at any time, so I just want to be clear on my confusion in this area.
