Hey all,
I'm trying to do some exercises for both length and girth, by doing some intense stretches with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] and doing some manual girth exercises. I've read in the past how you should focus on one or the other, meaning either focus your energy on length or girth only.
I've made some girth gains in the past, and want to increase my length. But I've heard that as you increase length, you may lose girth. With that the case, I want to do both, so that I don't lose any of the girth I've gained.
Is there any truth to this, focusing on one at a time? I remember before when I tried to mix hanging with girth exercises, it would make me feel dizzy at times. Though I'm not hanging this time around, but stretching, I've noticed the same dizziness after only simultaneously working on length/girth for a week. So I'm trying to figure out if there is some correlation there.
Any input as to whether mixing length/girth exercises is good or bad would be appreciated. Thanks.
