Seing how openminded and how easy it is to discuss a topic that many would laugh at (lenghtening the penis), I decided to open a thread about whether it is possible to increase one's height after puberty has ended. I am 24 years old and stand 5'9 tall, which is average, but I'm sure you guys understand me when I say that I would like to be more than average.


Do you think that it is possible to increase one's height? I looked a little on the internet and I found many pills and supplements (such as GABA) claiming that they would increase height. I also found a site where they say that sound waves (binaural sound waves) can help increase someone's height?


What do you think?

Im actually taking special hormone pills that are supposed to increase your height. I will keep you posted on wheter or not they work for me. They are supposed to work if taken up to the age of 25, I am 19. Im 5'8 and wanna be about 5'11.

I don't know enough to be able to tell you exactly whats in em. I am starting to test them out for someone. If they work then I will get all the details. If they don't work I will let you know. This way Im not getting anyone's hopes up and wasting their time.

The reason I decided to be a test for them is because I never had a growth spurt. This was because I started smoking the hippi hay or marijiwoopie at the same time I was to start growing so my growth is delayed.

The people I am testing for believe this will start up my growth process that was delayed.

haha yea I dont believe those things that make you taller either. But I do have an interesting story....

Back when I was about 15 or so, I wanted to grow taller, so I searched the net and found www.growtaller.net - there these things you put in your shoes and have like a hole bunch of spikes on them that are supposed to massage the bottom of your feet while you walk or whatever... anyways.... I had my parents measure me like 3 times before I started (making sure it was correct) then I wore these things for a month and grew about 1.5 in in that month(measured again real accurately and everything). Then after that for some reason I stoped wearing them and didnt grow for about a year.

If not, maybe you can talk the doctor into giving you something that will keep you growing, like hGH. Only known thing to make people grow. GABA is a precursor to hGH, so IF you are still growing, it ensures that your body has enough materials to make the hormone so you will reach your potential.

It's not a big deal, just wear boots that gives you a few more inches.

yes GABA is an ingredient. Other stuff like L-Arginine and L-orithine are in it as well. I don't know what else was put in it though.

Why would u want to be taller than 6 feet ? I'm about 6 feet and 3/4 and I love it. Can fit perfectly into cars, and dont tower over most people. God gave me the perfect height. Thats just my 2 cents though.

it's impossible to take HGH in pills. Maybe you can take HGH enhancers, but many pills are fakes or work very little. As a matter of fact, the amino acids are broken down by the stomach acids before they can reach the liver. This is why I like this product, Secretagogue-One.

hey guys I'm very interested in this and recently checked out this site www.heightmax.com and it says that the maximum potential to reach your height is between the ages 12-25. I believe that fact to be true but on their site they don't back it up with any scientific explanations or evidence which I find to be b.s. but, they do have testimonials of people between 12-25 with believable results but I'm still skeptical. Some testimonials on that site have said that they've actually grown an inch in a month by taking those pills but I'm doubting that, but it's worth a try. I seen that heightmax stuff. After hearing that post how most amino acids don't work in the form of pills or something makes me wonder. I ordered 1 month of that heightmax stuff and did a basic pill count and they were way off on the count. They give you two bottles and you are supposed to take from both bottles each day. One bottle had 7 extra days worth of pills. The fact that they can't count their pills properly made me wonder. I then went back to their web site only to find they had no contact section. I had to dig through my PayPal receipts to get their email. I sent them one asking them about this and got no reply. This was a couple months ago.

Alot of their ingredients are basic things. Kinda reminds me of those penis pills. Im gonna try that secretagogue one or restoragen.

The cold hard truth is that you have to go to an endocrinologist and take an x-ray of your hands to see if your epiphyseal plates which is basicly bone cartilleage has completely fusioned. Once that happens any supplements or drug therapies you do will NOT make you grow taller. So before you get ripped off like I just did in buying heightmax or any other products read the information in the forums threads I just posted because there's a real endocrinologist that's giving real information about bone growth. I haven't went to an endocrinologist yet to check if my epiphyseal plates have fully fusioned but I'm making an appointment to do so soon and everyone who's aged around 20-25 who's not happy with their height should do so as well. Even if you're aged 14-19 you should see an endocrinologist about your height if you're unhappy with it because you have a lot bigger chance of getting on some kind of drug therapy if it's absolutely necessary to. I'm planning on taking some king of drug therapy like anti-estragen blockers which is supposed to slow down the epiphyseal plate fusion and allow more bone growth only if my plates haven't completely fusioned yet which I don't think they have and I'll keep everyone up to date. Good look to you guys and if you're 20-25 you'd better check out those threads and act fast!
