importance of warming up

I am by no means an expert, but what I am guessing is it is better to do less sets and more heat in between than maximum amount of sets with less heat and/or only heat in the beginning.
 
the more sets the better. use heat when you warm up. massage and lightly stretch your cock as part of the warm up then increase the intensity. not necessary to use heat between sets unless your sets are far apart but if they are back to back there is no need. if it is very cold you could do a little heat in between sets.
 
Warm up's a a smart move to relax all tissue that will be stretched but once this is done there is no need for heat through the workout. It would be good to use heat through the workout but this is a tough thing to accomplish unless you have access to a sauna or a similar situation. When training the penis remains warmed up as stretching in itself causes heat. After training applying heat is good to warm-down, I find heating pads to be the best but damn, I would love to have access to a sauna.

Heat the penis to make it malleable before your session. You can as well do 5 minutes of manual stretches with your barehands as warmup.

I never warmed up with warm water all through the period I was training length. I just start my session gently and use the first few minutes as warmup.
