I'm back!

I haven't been around for a bit but immmm baaack! Not much has changed since I was around last. The Gaines stopped so about a month ago I decided to step up to hanging. Ordered a bib starter and I personal couldn't be happier. While I'm still not sure I've got it down just yet I am up to 10 lbs for 4 20 min sets a day. It is very comfortable and pretty easy.

Anyways the only downside I have found is the constant itching and a longer flaccid! I am still around 6.75 bpel (I think that was my last official measurement) and this is my final push to between 7.5 and 8. I am very confident with consistent hanging I should be closing in on my goals by around Feb or March. By December I hope and think I should be around the 15 lbs mark hanging 4-6 sets a day. 15 lbs seems to be the magic number with hanging as well as 10 hrs per week. If I average 4.5 sets per day that will out me right on.

Hopefully I will be around more again....
 
Sounds promising, rebel! You'll have to keep us posted on your hanging adventure. I'm very interested in starting hanging myself, so it'll be interesting to see how you get on.

Have you gotten to 7.5 inches yet? Considering that, it's been a long time, I believe you must have gotten to at least 7.5 to 8 inches.

Hanging is not very popular here unlike before and that's because, there is no one hanging and making gains from it right now on this forum. The SiliStretcher can be used as a vacuum hanger too.
