I'm back... lost old acct

Hello everyone I am back after a long hiatus. I had an older account on here but lost the password and since it was a protonmail address I couldn’t get it back.

My old account was “DblDigitDude”

Anyways, I’ve been passively exercising over the last few months but recently have been stepping it up and hitting it almost daily. I’ll put my routine below for critique.

Every workout begins and ends with a hot wrap using the hottest sink water I can get soaking a washcloth. I don't time it, I just keep it wrapped as long as it feels hot/really warm.

Every time I workout:
4 sets of SSJ - 45sec - 1 min alternating hands each time
2 sets of SSJ - 1min 30sec if possible alternating hands
- I try to do one rotation, then 2 kegels each time around

Almost every time I workout:
4 direction bundled stretches in the shape of an “X” holding for 1min 30sec if possible

I haven’t measured but I like the way it looks when I’m not turtling, which is why I have that profile picture. I hate turtling, the post-workout look is nice, then 10 minutes later I couldn't even tell I did anything. However, it does look bigger when not turtling though.

Two questions:

1. If I only do a girth workout, should I still be using a sleeve? I know there is a wrap that you can buy at the store that sticks to itself (reminds me of the things they use when you donate blood) that could be used, but the sleeves in the store are what I'm looking at getting.
2. Is it the general idea here that using equipment is just more efficient?

P.S. If the account thing is an issue please PM me so we can talk about it, just not wanting to seem iffy to anyone.

Welcome back, brother. If you need to fix your account or need to access to your old account, let us know.

No, if you want to wrap the entire penis or keep it elongated. Yes, if you're planning to only cut enough length as a restrictive band or bands at the base of the penis to slow the blood down from leaving the rest of the penis. This allows the penis girth to remain wide open as long as it can to ensure new cells and repaired cells to fill up the girth.

If you're only using hands as manual expansion, you can't overcome that one phase called "hyper expansion pliability" during the girth routine stages. SSJ is great to maximize internal expansion, but you need the pump to exert external pressure to break the tissue layers past biological restriction limits. The SSJ can only pry the expansion based on what the upper layers, the tunica, and the septum allows. The pressure is limitted around 6inHg (positive pressure) by using your hands or restrictive/constrictive device. The pump, when using with water or very high air pressure, can push the internal expansion to go past 10inHg (positive pressure) internally. This is the magic growth stages.

In PE, you need to use tools for smarter and more efficient growth. Otherwise, it may take two to five times as long to get to where you want to be.

No worries, I'll just use this and a password manager so I don't have anything to worry about.

I'll have to stick with manual for now until I can get some things. Will be getting one of those ACE bandages soon for a wrap. Just have to get used to how to use it.

Wrapping is very important. Without wrapping, the gains are going to come very slowly.

So I can get used to it, what are the "rules" of wrapping? Anything either color or sensation I should be aware of? Obviously don't wrap too tight or too loose or there will be issues.

Very simple. When you wrap, wrap in a loose but stiff structure if you're going for length. The loose wrapping allows the penis to keep blood circulating, but you must create a traction point just below the base of the glans to prevent the penis from slipping right from under the wrapping. We use TheraBand to bulk and provide a traction point, preventing the glans from shrinking and slipping through.

If your penile glans color change, you wrapped too tightly. The color should remain closely to the pinkish hue when it's not wrap. Purple, dark purple, or any darken color is an indicator the blood is not circulating. This is where tissues will die because of oxygen deprevation.

Numbness is a horrible sign of overtighten wrapping. Your penis should not feel any numbness whatsoever.

Traction load to include stressor loading is essential. The minimum traction load exterts on your penis is around 600g. Optimal low traction load for all day wearing is 1.1kg.

Welcome back, my brother. I'm glad you found yourself back in the brotherhood. All of the advice given above, I endorse completely.

Well seeing as that was a test, it went very well. I used some non-conventional things to make it work. I’ll list some things below:

Pros
1. Even though this was a light workout just to give this a test, I stayed wrapped for almost 30 minutes without any numbness or change of color in the skin. This means I’ve at least got the technique right.
2. After unwrapping, I was still in an extended state because it did not slip.
3. I made this work with a generic wrap that sticks to itself from a drug store and a piece of folded up toilet paper behind the head. So ingenuity can help.
4. Gave me a pretty good confidence boost in that I can start doing wrapping for longer times during the day.

Cons
1. It would’ve been pretty noticeable if I was in clothes I work in. I was in lounge like shorts and it was pretty noticeable.
2. That sticky wrap will likely be one time use per section. After I took it off it became all stuck to itself and had to be tossed. At ~$6 per roll, a sleeve would pay for itself pretty quickly.
3. I need to find some time to test this with regular clothes and a hard workout. That way I can see how things work when you’re up and moving around more. Not meaning to go and do jumping jacks and see what happens but I need to test in regular clothes too.
4. While it did stay extended temporarily after I took it off, it did not take long to go back into a turtled state - which I’m hoping wrapping for longer times will help correct.

In all honesty, I can see what I already knew I needed to do working first hand. I’ll likely just go ahead and get some sleeves from the store to start using in the future, better investment than buying multiple rolls each and every month.

I’ll be starting a progress thread soon!
