Progress thread I'm back in business with expressive stretching

Certainly, and again during the night I had intense erections that were rock solid. I'm not exaggerating either, my dick was like a lead pipe, and I had to sit up in bed and just see how it looked. To me its looking perhaps ever so slightly longer, something is going on positively ... the nocturnal boners must be like the bodies way of getting the growth going.

That’s awesome that your EQ is so good. As I get older my libido becomes less and less so getting a rock hard erection is a pretty awesome thing for me. It’s so good I’ve done extensive pelvic floor muscle work that evening to my old age I can still get rockhard erections. Many brothers do not know that if you only increase your EQ you will make gains doing nothing else.

20 minutes of the usual bundled expressive stretching using the lengthmaster.

Easier for me to get into a longer lasting stretch, but because the lengthmaster is so versatile, it's always easy to do apply more tension at any point.

You know, seriously, I think about the power assist that became the lengthmaster, and how ingenious it is, how simple yet very effective it is in every way possible to enhance manual work, and take bundled stretches to new heights using the hanger chamber, which I don't use but it's a nice addition,

Every man on the path of penis enlargement should have the lengthmaster or power assist and a copy of the matters of size DVD by DLD.

You know, if Mike had those on an amazon store they would shift so well.

Anyway, while at it I decided to have a crack at the A stretch DLD blasters using the lengthmaster, however after doing just two I couldn't feel the burn whatsoever in the suspensory ligament like in the past when I've done A stretch DLD blasters albeit a long time ago now.

So, suddenly it sprang to mind, why not try the expressive stretches reversed.

I setup the lengthmaster essentially the opposite way up as it's would be used doing conventional expressive stretches, so the arms fit against the underside of the thighs.

The entire package placed through bundled, and than pulling out and upwards while pushing against the lengthmaster with the legs to create a stretch, but going easy to gauge feel, force needed.

It felt different, and when I executed the reverse kegel the burn kicked in quite intense.

I could actually push right down with my thighs so that the legs were straight flat on the bed with the package pulled through the lengthmaster upward.

I'm not sure what this angle of stretch would target....any ideas, because I'm suspecting it hit the suspensory ligament, the inner portion along the top side of the penis.

In total I did 5 minutes of that stretch.

That’s the most creative bundled stretch I’ve heard yet. This would definitely target your ligament but also your Tunica and internal penis. It’s a three for one deal! Very smart you should name the exercise and post a new thread so people can use your new exercise.
 
Quick update from last night. Again after the session I had intense nocturnal erections! I mean really rock solid long thick boners filled to the brim, it looked massive this morning when I got up. I obviously not a trained Doctor, would love to know how/why this happens doing this exercise? is it the bodies way of "flushing" the penis for new growth? it certainly isn't a negative from what I can see, erections are always good, certainly a medical study I read few years ago stated that when erections start to get crap it can indicate a sign of heart problems.

Just had a look around and its not really my invention, but another one of yours Mike :) named the Down & Out stretch, sounds like its in a shitty place at the bottom of the barrel :)

Okay, check the video of the exercise DLD down and out stretch using the power assist.

I performed how it is shown, with the only changes being as follows;

  • I was lay in bed :)
  • Whole package was pulled through (scrotum incl)
  • The package is pulled 12 o'clock towards your belly and the stretch held
  • I did it bundled as well as bundled

So its a variation. What do you think DLD, is this like a 3 in 1 method that can target suspensory ligament as well as the other internal portion that runs on top of the penis? from how I visualize this, its like that but not obviously as internal like expressive stretching due to nothing much internal being on the top going back, apart from hitting the suspensory ligament where the pubic bone goes, correct me if wrong.

I can still get a diagram up anyway.

Anyone else with thoughts please chip in

I've got a better feel for the reverse method, and it felt less comborsone unbundled.

When it's done bundled, I could feel ever so slightly the spermatic cord to either side. It wasn't painful, just uncomfortable, so it's simply a matter of me slacking off somewhere, changing something.

Unbundled looks like the safer way to me, with bundled possible, but less intensity due to the added risk on the spermatic cord.

Okay, with that said, the stretch to me I'm unsure about it's effectiveness. I can't say if my ligament was hammered or not, at times I got a burn but that could be skin.

It's sore to the touch at the top base right now, obviously the skin gets a wrack, but a duller ache deeper in when I touch around the pubic bone.

Surprisingly the grip around the package lasts fine, and more discomfort in my balls compared to the conventional expressive stretches.

It's just needing clarification, feedback from others on exactly what I'm hitting by using such a stretch.

Next time I hit the reverse expressive I'm gonna put a little padding where the lengthmaster contacts the base to prevent soreness in the skin.

DLD, do you see these as adequate for targeting the suspensory ligament.

The higher up your shaft you go the more it will contribute to your ligaments in the lower you go on your shaft the more it will contribute to your Tunica. So I would wear the LM either halfway up or right below the head to hit the ligament. And anywhere below that to hit the Tunica

Thanks, but not entirely sure I follow you. This stretch is pulling all penis and package through, and I could not have the stress placed just underneath the glans as its not possible. Maybe you got mixed up with the original exercise you created called the DLD down and out stretch.
 
Oh I got you, Hole stretching. Yes this exercise will definitely target the ligament. I did not know you were using a power assist to do it. Pretty much any power assist or fulcrum exercise is going to hit the ligament.

What I was explaining above in my last post was before manual stretching the higher up we grip on the shaft the more of that stretch is going to go to the ligament but the lower we grip on the shaft the more of that stretches going to go to the tunica. By the time you’re gripping at the base it’s going to the tune of 100%.

20 minutes bundled expressive stretching using the lengthmaster

13 minutes reverse expressive stretching using the lengthmaster

I noticed before the session when I got a good boner, that my erection does look very slightly longer from the base, I'm getting happy about this but will give several weeks before any measurement.

For the first part I went in semi erect bundled, and let me tell you that the stretch was really nice and deep, no real skin involved, just nice deep internal stretch.

Figured out little tricks at getting a bit here and there with the lengthmaster, by pulling on the loop, tilting the loop also creates another stress different to the original.

Now, the reverse expressive stretches. Those I did more bundled tonight, and getting the hang of not getting the spermatic cord at all. It's about placement from the start, getting a good high placement on the whole package, and a good high angle of attack right near the pubic bone.

It's allot less effort doing these compared to the conventional expressive stretching which had me sweating tonight.

Something new and exciting that could have legs is that when performing the stretch, this is the reverse ones, I thought about moving the stretching hand about quickly but firmly in directions of the clock, thinking it could place further stress on the suspensory ligament.

I certainly felt a different sensation, it was in and around the pubic bone area, not pain but a pulling dull tension as I moved the hand around with force.

From now on I will refer to that technique as dynamics, due to the energetic nature.

What do you reckon Mike. I'm sure somewhere in the past others or yourself has stretched dynamically in directional movements, and the theory being it places further stress on the ligament.
 
I think that what you’re doing right now is definitely putting extreme stress not only on the ligament but on all growth points. The ultimate combination would be expressive stretching and fulcrum stretching. This will ensure you were hitting every angle possible. The power assist exercises, which are all fulcrum, would be smart to add in. Don’t go crazy took maybe three of the stretches and include that and see where that takes you. I’ve been writing the power assist into many routines lately because I realize just how important fulcrum stretching is.

Since the lm chamber broke i could only use it as a power assist share the exercises would be cool to know what to do next once I finish the newbie routine..
