Progress thread I'm back in business with expressive stretching

My first regular routine in what must be 11 years ? but I want to make my body strong, healthy again, and the penis is part of it.

I'll be aiming for a cardio + weight training regimen approximately March time, got a gym in the garden kitted out, gotta use it, get sexy ?

Now, this routine. I've been doing the bones of it these past 2 1/2 weeks with it consisting of pumping at 5-7 hcg with as much erection as I can muster for 20-30 minutes, but more likely 20.

The pressure does go up to 15-20 hcg every 5 mins for less than a minute to aid further expansion in the tube, but that's all.

I've used both the mityvac and provac, with the former being a slim tube to pack quicker, the latter is thick for girth.

I'm just rotating those on every session, so one will use a conventional mityvac tube, while another day it'll be the provac.

After the session I slap a cable clamp on for 15-20 minutes of edging, some jelqs as well.

This has been fun, and going well. I train everyother day, but that rest day will soon have a new exercise added to it.

I'm gonna use the lengthmaster to perform expressive stretches to expose the hidden penis. I have felt inches down there for years, knew about this method from DLD but was too lazy to really stick at it, so, I've come to the point where I'm going for it, patient, and dedicated.

Don't know the reps, sets, hold times at the moment, so will await DLD on that.

The final topping off for all this, is using the silistretcher at night in bed for at least 4 hours with a light weight, such as 2-5lbs at the most due to it being about time under tension, not the actual tension itself to aid the growth.

That's all. I'm not overcomplicating it, and see especially the expressive stretches as a game changer I hope at getting more length, as they avoid the weak link - the head itself, and go straight to the anchor ⚓ itself.

The pumping helps overall all penis health, circulation, erection strength, and in time does produce in itself results, but that alongside the expressive stretching, and silistretcher, should bring about a positive change once and for all.

My philosophy had also somewhat changed from the old days where I was very intense balls to the wall, to a more methodical, pinpointed way.

The most intense exercise out of the three will be the expressive stretches, because I guess that will need some force, they are very uncomfortable from what I remember, but, if I can hold one of those stretches for a strong tension over let's say 10 minutes, done often in several sets, it has to produce results.

I'll update as I go with this.

Sweet. Could you tell me how many sets of expressive stretches, and for how long to hold them.

with expressive stretching I don’t like the count I really go by time. So if I’m going to do expressive stretching I’ll give it 10 to 15 minutes that way I don’t have to waste time counting and I can take that time visualizing myself getting bigger and bigger. And since you have all the equipment you can try different methods and see what you like best. For me the most powerful expressive stretch would be low grip Lengthmaster bundled stretching. But you can also check out the bath mate hard-core stretches which also gives and incredible expressive stretch. And for anybody reading that does not have any tools you can do the manually by gripping at your base twist your penis and stretch from there.

I know, the shocking thing is how the time fly's by. I have memories on here, past members come and go, wondering how they went. We had allot of Norwegian and Swedes here like 12 years ago, many men have passed through here.

Now a quick update.

Performed the routine just, and those expressive stretches are intense with capitals. Damn did I fell the stretch, and allot of skin in the perineum region which I assume is good, to be expected for any growth to occur.

I managed 22 minutes constantly pulling with the occasional change of hands and massage to the area for second's before hitting it again.

No wrap was used, just got the entire package and cock through the hole and lay on the bed backwards with legs pressing up.

I had to ease into this but the second half of the set became better, like I got a sweet spot at times.

Didn't need much force pulling the penis itself, once through the lengthmaster, once those legs have it locked in, you can actually ease right off pulling due to how it's all positioned if that makes sense.

I pull the entire package and penis, keeping force on all of it, not just the penis. I feel a more intense stretch.

Performing the reverse kegel, I could sense how tight I had it, knowing the correct force to apply by keeping pressure on it.

Once done I needed a pee. I had a crack at pumping in my mityvac, the slimmer tube of the two I have, the other being a provac.

I used a foreskin ring to keep that back, and it worked brilliant with no swelling to that by the session end.

Pumped for 20 minutes at 5-7hcg but went to 15-20 on occasion for no more than 1 minute.

Maintained a pretty constant erection throughout by visualization of ex partners and sexy women, didn't use adult entertainment.

Once completed it was time to clamp using the cable clamp around the entire package for 1-2 clicks using some jelqs, and that also lasted 20 minutes.

Helishakes finished it off.

Feb 19th: I hit the expressive stretching again in bed, wasn't going to bother due to being so tired but thought to myself that if I do truly want the size, I have to push on.

Let me say, that the skin stretch thankfully wasn't painful as previous, but this time more comfortable if that can be said doing these.

I feel a strong internal stretch at the perineum going inside where the internal penis rests, so, I simply keep a constant force on that for 20 minutes doing these with the occasional movement of hands, adjustment of the lengthmaster, that lasts no more than 7 seconds and back at it again.

Using the lengthmaster for this is in all likelihood the only effective way, with the legs as well pushing it creates massive force, and you gotta be careful not to go too hard with the legs. Certainly nowhere near full force at this stage, but enough to feel discomfort, tension in the area.

Reverse kegel applied from time to time, and I noticed as I stretch doing that I feel more tension in the area, and a burn which at times I thought could have been ligament, maybe the fundiform as its located at the base, or simply skin at this stage.

I'm certain that the silistretcher could be attached, and a method of expressive hanging used with lighter weights for X amount of time, which long term could yield better results?

Anyone interested in trying these more, and seeing how it goes.

Lengthmaster is a very good hanging device too. Expressive Stretching is in beast mode using the LM. Pretty much everything is in beast mode using the LM. And what’s awesome is every single stretch that you can do manually you can do using the LM.

I’m very happy to see you taking this so seriously and getting really down into the weeds and keeping track of everything.
 
Tonight I'm back in action, and its gonna be the following;

  • Expressive stretching via the lengthmaster x1 20m
  • Pumping with the mityvac pump and provac cylinder x1 20m
  • Clamping after the pumping for 10-15m using a cable clamp

I'm gonna experiment with the DLD Blasters using the lengthmaster to target the suspensory ligament, but instead of counting the kegels + reverse kegels I'm gonna try doing one continuous stretch for 10-20 minutes.


Future: Will be incorporating the silistretcher using 1/2kg weight for nightime hanging while asleep.
 
February 21st

20 minutes expressive stretching using the lengthmaster.

What i managed to do to it, first time using these, is hit a sweet spot where I fully feel these internally minus nearly all skin stretch.

The skin stretch, like all PE is part of the territory, you're going to get skin stretch no matter what you do, and indeed with time, it shows growth because what else is new penis going to come through? It's like getting a larger jacket, than putting on the weight to fill it out.

Well this sweet spot came and went, but was more prevalent when I moved the lengthmaster further up the shaft a few inches to execute the stretch, taking out some skin stretch at the perinanum.

This is what I think, anyways.

Once completed, I got ready for a pump session which lasted 20 minutes using the usual pressure and setup.

Upon completion, it was 10 minutes in the clamp fully erect edging.

For the first time ever, I did bundled expressive stretching towards the final half of the set.

You know, I never gave it much thought doing these bundled due to not believing I could even manage it ... How wrong I was.

Bundled takes these to a whole new level of effectiveness by reducing greatly the amount of skin stretch in the perinanum, and instead creating much more tension into the internal penis itself, the part you actually feel near your asshole.

Once performed, by feeling that area I was amazed at the tension, it works. This targets internal penis, no doubts about it and the odd time at the start for a few minutes I even got ligament burns coming from the suspensory ligament, which I can't explain because the fundiform ligament is attached at the root so it must have tensed that at the start of the movement to some extent.

Nether the less, really impressed with these bundled and from now on that is the only way I'll be performing them.

Just needs 1 full twist and the grip lasts longer. Could feel it in the inner area afterwards, and when I did a quick pull on the cylinder at the end of the pumping portion to the routine going up towards my stomach, I could feel deeply inside the tenderness where those bundled expressives had pinpointed.

I'm going to stick with these, not add anything else including DLD blasters and silistretcher at night, just concentrating on this to see how it really does pan out without too much going on, easy process of elimination.

Tonight I managed to utilize a variation in the final execution that not only helped endurance keeping me in the position longer, but gave more intense stretch.

Simply lay on my back in the setup as DLD outlines for this, but now I bring my arms around the raised knees, keeping them pressed towards me while aiding the stretch at the same time.

Think a frog situp with the knee position.

Quite simply this exercise has to give me something right. Stretching in that area to bring already developed penis outwards shouldn't take as long I would have thought compared to the rigorous process involved when starting pretty new and the body needing more growth.

Left pumping out for now because it's a health circulation enhancement at the moment, not that it's cancelled, but likely back for the next session.

I’m loving your work my brother it’s so awesome to have you back training again. You’re such a formidable force when you are laying into PE. You’re hard-core and you don’t fuck around and you’re going to show the brothers just how it’s freaking done!
 
Cheers Mike, and I'm confident now that these expressive stretches really have something.

Noticed little something, you know, it's like when I first ever did penis enlargement, and after a few weeks you just noticed it hangs slightly heavier, looks abit just different.

Well, yesterday when fully erect I noticed it just looked ever ever so slightly longer, but I'm not jumping on this yet till more weeks are in, but certainly it feels thicker at the base, and the corpus spongiusm behind the balls is more developed by feeling and looking at it.

March 3rd routine not long completed, and I'm sore behind the balls with inner penis.

The session was 20 minutes again but now I can make each stretch last that bit longer, and the bundled portion seems to have moved this into a new ballpark, especially as I feel more deep inner penis being stretched.

Right now it's pretty damn sore, I went as hard at times as I dare using high force from the legs into the lengthmaster, and legs pushed into the abdomen.

I can only do that halfway through a session, otherwise need to warm into it.

Had some intense burns at times, felt very much like a ligament somewhere, not sure if it's suspensory or fundiform. I'm going to guess the former though as it just felt more external, not as deeply.

If a hanging setup could be made for this, using light weight for longer periods could really test this out further.

Not sure it's possible unless the user has a modified elevation somehow so the cable with the weight has a drop point.

Anyway, for now I'm digging this and hopefully more will try.

The main gripe is getting enough to grip, concerns over damaging the testicles.

All I know is that the testicles are strong, and the pressure isn't directly on them but further down the shaft.

Lightning and myself started MOS in 2002. It was such a big decision for me because I belonged to other forms so I had to make the decision to start my own and hope those people come to MOS. Within a year we had close to the same membership as our competitors. Today we have more members than any other site out there. The site that show larger membership is a hack they use at thunders place.

it was a lot of work and Big al was a huge help for me. I almost gave up on everything because I was attacked by every other forum. I had very thin skin then and I almost gave up. But when I talked to Big al on the phone he gave me some of the best advice in the world and I used his advice and I’m so happy I did. My last post that thunders place was a goodbye post and I never went back.

Right after I started MOS I was persecuted by every other site. This is when I decided to make this a BROTHERHOOD ? and not some random PE site. I knew that if men joined and became a brother they would feel the inclusion and the loving nature of our family here. It was compassion, honesty and a whole lot of hard work to get us where we are today.

And keep in mind we are not indexed in Google. All of our traffic comes from other PE sites and YouTube. If we were to be indexed in Google again we would end up so much bigger. But Google is a sick company and if they want to ban us fuck them! No matter what has happened, and a lot of stuff has happened that could’ve put us under, we survived because we knew how to live very poor and we knew that the only way to make something successful with the work your ass off to make it happen.

I always keep in mind what Paul said in the book of Romans “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength” So in all of this I give all glory and honor through Jesus Christ to the Holy Father!

In everything that comes your way in life good or bad always say this and your ability to receive these gifts becomes huge. Every time something happens enter in the blank and say thank you God for this______ and thank you God for Jesus. I have found that in my life when I am in a state of perpetual appreciation I am in a state of complete peace.

Being thankful is beautiful and it helps us in giving because we know just how good it feels. So for me yes if I’m biting into a food I say thank you God for this hamburger and thank you God for Jesus. When I get dressed I say thank you God for these cloths I have and thank you God for Jesus! If I’m able to pay my bills I say thank you God for the money and thank you God for Jesus. It is so simple and so easy. It puts you in a constant state of prayer and thankfulness. And when you’re in the state of receiving and giving with joy you are living out the Father’s will for you. Give it a shot my brother and I guarantee you things will change.

It's not a problem, I'm enjoying the post's, learning more about god is always a positive and God works in mysterious ways, so being exposed to the word of god is always positive, a way that many of us would never read or hear but by the forums.

I didn't mind it, but at the moment I'm sticking with just expressive stretching.

Using the more compact pump will come abit later once I figure out how this expressive work gets on.
 
March 6th

Just completed 31 minutes expressive stretching and it's been the usual intensity.

Felt some burns at times, managed to bundle more, about 4-5 times and that does seem to target the inner area more and reduce skin stretch, which in all honesty isn't a problem now, just the first few couple sessions.

I was going to do a session yesterday but I was still sore, so skipped a day.

Noticed that my erections are good during the night, more frequently since doing the expressive work, and my base felt thicker this morning compared to usual.

Thing is with these expressive stretches is that they are pretty brutal, very uncomfortable, not pleasant but once you're used to it a few times and tell yourself that it's going to bring out the internal penis like what mandingo did, it's more manageable.

It you can last doing these, all other stretches will be a doddle.
