with expressive stretching I don’t like the count I really go by time. So if I’m going to do expressive stretching I’ll give it 10 to 15 minutes that way I don’t have to waste time counting and I can take that time visualizing myself getting bigger and bigger. And since you have all the equipment you can try different methods and see what you like best. For me the most powerful expressive stretch would be low grip Lengthmaster bundled stretching. But you can also check out the bath mate hard-core stretches which also gives and incredible expressive stretch. And for anybody reading that does not have any tools you can do the manually by gripping at your base twist your penis and stretch from there.
Tonight I'm back in action, and its gonna be the following;
- Expressive stretching via the lengthmaster x1 20m
- Pumping with the mityvac pump and provac cylinder x1 20m
- Clamping after the pumping for 10-15m using a cable clamp
I'm gonna experiment with the DLD Blasters using the lengthmaster to target the suspensory ligament, but instead of counting the kegels + reverse kegels I'm gonna try doing one continuous stretch for 10-20 minutes.
Future: Will be incorporating the silistretcher using 1/2kg weight for nightime hanging while asleep.

25 minutes expressive stretching using the lengthmaster and keeping my stretches held longer for the duration.
All this is done bundled, also in keeping with what DLD suggested, by maintaining a 1/2 - 1 inch gap from the very base as you stretch, otherwise it does make it harder, you can still stretch, but it's more painful from my own experience, much best giving it a small room and remember to feel with the free hand quickly in the area for a tension in the inner penis ... Should be like a tense cord, the bundled part helps to isolate that, getting less skin stretch.
I'm able, or should I say, just braver to use more force now, both legs pushing right into the lengthmaster and with a free hand pulling the loop towards me for more tension and fuck me does it burn.
Now, last night I didn't sleep well with bad migraines, anyhow I had a good boner at one point. I noticed it looked like my maximum length but I wasn't fully aroused if that makes sense, so I think the body is now adjusting to the stress, and with these nocturnal erections forming out the capillary system for new growth because it looked better to me.
I'm giving it serious thought to adding the DLD blasters with the lengthmaster into this routine to further hit length but from the suspensory ligaments perspective.

Another 22 minutes chalked up with bundled expressive stretches.
Certainly, and again during the night I had intense erections that were rock solid. I'm not exaggerating either, my dick was like a lead pipe, and I had to sit up in bed and just see how it looked. To me its looking perhaps ever so slightly longer, something is going on positively ... the nocturnal boners must be like the bodies way of getting the growth going.

20 minutes of the usual bundled expressive stretching using the lengthmaster.
Easier for me to get into a longer lasting stretch, but because the lengthmaster is so versatile, it's always easy to do apply more tension at any point.
You know, seriously, I think about the power assist that became the lengthmaster, and how ingenious it is, how simple yet very effective it is in every way possible to enhance manual work, and take bundled stretches to new heights using the hanger chamber, which I don't use but it's a nice addition,
Every man on the path of penis enlargement should have the lengthmaster or power assist and a copy of the matters of size DVD by DLD.
You know, if Mike had those on an amazon store they would shift so well.
Anyway, while at it I decided to have a crack at the A stretch DLD blasters using the lengthmaster, however after doing just two I couldn't feel the burn whatsoever in the suspensory ligament like in the past when I've done A stretch DLD blasters albeit a long time ago now.
So, suddenly it sprang to mind, why not try the expressive stretches reversed.
I setup the lengthmaster essentially the opposite way up as it's would be used doing conventional expressive stretches, so the arms fit against the underside of the thighs.
The entire package placed through bundled, and than pulling out and upwards while pushing against the lengthmaster with the legs to create a stretch, but going easy to gauge feel, force needed.
It felt different, and when I executed the reverse kegel the burn kicked in quite intense.
I could actually push right down with my thighs so that the legs were straight flat on the bed with the package pulled through the lengthmaster upward.
I'm not sure what this angle of stretch would target....any ideas, because I'm suspecting it hit the suspensory ligament, the inner portion along the top side of the penis.
In total I did 5 minutes of that stretch.
That’s the most creative bundled stretch I’ve heard yet. This would definitely target your ligament but also your Tunica and internal penis. It’s a three for one deal! Very smart you should name the exercise and post a new thread so people can use your new exercise.
March 17th
20 minutes bundled expressive stretching using the lengthmaster followed by 20 minutes reverse expressive stretching using the lengthmaster, with the occasional bundled.
I've got a better feel for the reverse method, and it felt less comborsone unbundled.
When it's done bundled, I could feel ever so slightly the spermatic cord to either side. It wasn't painful, just uncomfortable, so it's simply a matter of me slacking off somewhere, changing something.
Unbundled looks like the safer way to me, with bundled possible, but less intensity due to the added risk on the spermatic cord.
Okay, with that said, the stretch to me I'm unsure about it's effectiveness. I can't say if my ligament was hammered or not, at times I got a burn but that could be skin.
It's sore to the touch at the top base right now, obviously the skin gets a wrack, but a duller ache deeper in when I touch around the pubic bone.
Surprisingly the grip around the package lasts fine, and more discomfort in my balls compared to the conventional expressive stretches.
It's just needing clarification, feedback from others on exactly what I'm hitting by using such a stretch.
Next time I hit the reverse expressive I'm gonna put a little padding where the lengthmaster contacts the base to prevent soreness in the skin.
DLD, do you see these as adequate for targeting the suspensory ligament.
The higher up your shaft you go the more it will contribute to your ligaments in the lower you go on your shaft the more it will contribute to your Tunica. So I would wear the LM either halfway up or right below the head to hit the ligament. And anywhere below that to hit the Tunica

I've never bothered doing it, just something I dont like wearing sleeves for long periods of time.
My mindset is, that if its intense enough to begin with, and the adequate rest followed, gains will come regardless of wrapping, its in my personal view just personal preference because many have gained throughout the years without doing that.
With expressive stretching it might be off anyway due to it being internal penis behind the balls getting stretched out, not the penis seen.
Bought the silisleeves a few days ago just got them but they work ok if I use them during the day,i want to leave them during the night but I have to get use to it cause feel a burning sensation around the base of the penis..

After looking for different exercises that are fulcrum, it appears that the reverse expressive stretch is a fulcrum, very similar to your own fulcrum stretch in the power assist, but this includes all of the package.
I think I might include a bow and arrow stretch, which will hit the sides, but instead, include all the package to make it expressive bow and arrow stretch, so, stretching the internal penis fully at the sides.
I'm going to throw in some behind the balls jelqs because I think it will help with development in the newer exposed penis by getting more blood pushed through it.
As soon as i get a new lengthmaster, I will start doing this routine. From what Red has said, I believe he is going to make gains from this routine.

Was meant to be a rest day, but after getting a boner and having a tug I noticed as already posted that it looked longer.
I did a really hard 20 minutes alternating after one of the bundled expressive stretches and reverse expressive stretches. Used the lengthmaster of course.
First time using this alternating method just to change it up abit. So it went like a stretch lasting for as long as I could doing expressive, than it was quickly into a reverse for a long stretch, back to standard and so on.
Chucked in some bundled reverse, not sure yet if it's better bundled or conventional with that, but certainly when doing the dynamics, it's felt more when not bundled.
Before doing all that, when I was erect, I did a few erect stretches, and erect under the leg pulls.
Testicle massage to finish off, gently rubbing the scrotum.

Now a quick update.
Performed the routine just, and those expressive stretches are intense with capitals. Damn did I fell the stretch, and allot of skin in the perineum region which I assume is good, to be expected for any growth to occur.
I managed 22 minutes constantly pulling with the occasional change of hands and massage to the area for second's before hitting it again.
No wrap was used, just got the entire package and cock through the hole and lay on the bed backwards with legs pressing up.
I had to ease into this but the second half of the set became better, like I got a sweet spot at times.
Didn't need much force pulling the penis itself, once through the lengthmaster, once those legs have it locked in, you can actually ease right off pulling due to how it's all positioned if that makes sense.
I pull the entire package and penis, keeping force on all of it, not just the penis. I feel a more intense stretch.
Performing the reverse kegel, I could sense how tight I had it, knowing the correct force to apply by keeping pressure on it.
Once done I needed a pee. I had a crack at pumping in my mityvac, the slimmer tube of the two I have, the other being a provac.
I used a foreskin ring to keep that back, and it worked brilliant with no swelling to that by the session end.
Pumped for 20 minutes at 5-7hcg but went to 15-20 on occasion for no more than 1 minute.
Maintained a pretty constant erection throughout by visualization of ex partners and sexy women, didn't use adult entertainment.
Once completed it was time to clamp using the cable clamp around the entire package for 1-2 clicks using some jelqs, and that also lasted 20 minutes.
Helishakes finished it off.

You are doing this bundled?!! I have been doing expressive as part of my LM routine after I am done because that is what it says to do. The rare times I can get a bathmate 5x5x3 in (maybe once every two weeks) I do expressive stretching with that as well and almost feel it more than the LM, which makes me feel like I am doing the LM Expressive wrong. I do about an inch from the base as prescribed by DLD. I sit in a chair and pull at different angles. Being so close clamped to the base when I bundle for expressive I can only get a turn tops before my testes are bundled too. On the back with the legs seems like the intensity one would need and also seems like it would be the best angle. The part that worries me is the nuts through the LM clamp. If this is the case how hard should one clamp down with the whole package? Why do you feel this is a better stretch than say bundling from clamping only the penis close to the base? TIA ?March 9th
