Progress thread I'm back in business with expressive stretching

I think it’s a brilliant work out for a few reasons. You’re the only one that’s ever gone this far with Expressive stretching. I have a belief that if you focus on accessing internal penis exclusively you may gain quicker. This is totally theoretical because nobody’s done this yet but I have faith that this may turn out to be a very good routine.

Nice. It got me thinking, that maybe most length gains from all penis enlargement methods are actually just pulling at more inner penis?

I've sat down lately, just done a standard straight out stretch, nothing fancy. With the free hand feeling around the base, and the inner penis.
Its got me really wondering, that the weak link is the external penis we see, and that once its taken out the equation to target just the internal part, the part that to me seems to be under some tension anyway with most stretches incl hanging if you feel around, but honestly how does the penis grow in length? is it the external penis growing? it cant obviously be ligaments, the tissue must come from somewhere, and again my theory is its mostly inner penis all this time, and its just depending on what "path" the user has gone which dictates to a certain extent how successful they are.

All the different angles in all the different stretches, now I'm starting to think that they all one way or another hit the inner penis, but its always never 100% because its the external penis we see that takes most of the brunt, do you catch me here? yes gains come, sure they do, but once behind the balls is targeted to me it seems your right on inner penis, as if its not as defensive anymore.

Guys wanting to have a look at what the reverse expressive stretch looks like, check out the tunica fulcrum video which is done using a power assist in the video, but the lengthmaster does the same thing.

What I do differently from the video is place ALL THE PACKAGE through the loop, and I can bundle a few times but I'm not certain with this stretch if its better or not to bundle.

Get everything through the loop, grip around the package and stretch it straight up while pushing down with the legs.

I do this sat up in bed with legs out in front of me. I position the loop about 1 inch from the base. Compared to the stretch in the video, its more intense because your stretching more penis due to gripping around the entire package.

I try to keep a little gap between my hand and the testicles, so when I stretch obviously I'm not placing that force on my balls at all, but time to time you feel it a little, it should never be painful with the testicles.

I've gone over that thread just, and I know from doing that exercise how intense it was.
This reverse expressive actually believe it or not feels more effective, certainly it hits the internal front part of the penis better, and you could hold it longer in the PA or LM compared to the mandingo stretch, not to mention you place no stress on the head.

Mandingo stretch still good, not dissing it, just another exercise that attacks in a similar fashion and perhaps that was why it was so effective, but you cant really do long holds with the mandingo, I cant anyway.

20 minutes bundled expressive stretching

Followed by ...

10 minutes reverse expressive stretching

Finished off with ...

2 1\2 minutes expressive stretch hold to the left, followed by a 2 1\2 minutes expressive stretch hold to the right.

Testicle massage applied between them.

I'm going to say that tonight's session has made up my mind to not do the reverse expressive stretches bundled. They are to be done not bundled because the risk to the spermatic cord too great, I always feel a slight tweak when bundled reverse expressives are done, so this is why.

The unbundled version is certainly potent enough though, with tonight being the best intensity I've had with them.

If only you could feel that stretch tonight, and know this isn't hype, and I'm convinced it's the most abuse my suspensory ligament has ever had.

what I did a little different was, once the stretch has been executed, your holding it now, legs pushing down flat on the bed, is I tensed the pelvis up while contracting the thighs down and fucking shit it's off the chain and all lig stretch, forget hanging weight, seriously it got straight to the meat, no bullshit, just a mad burn deep ligament stretch that I got aches to the pubic bone area.

When the pelvis is tensed up, it doesn't actually visually move up, but you feel it, the difference is like night and day.

Please, if anyone doesn't understand, needs further clarification, let me know, because it can get harder going back on yourself.

I finished off with a new one, just expressive stretching bundled but to the sides, and held for one long stretch of 2 1/2 minutes.

With the brutality beforehand, it felt underwhelming, but I'm sure it would kick my ass on a normal day.

Good God I hope this is it, that it gets the growth needed, and even extends our knowledge further, because as DLD always alluded to, that expressive stretching could very well be the key.

Simply put, I find it just takes the weak link out, gets straight to the target with pinpoint accuracy.

Finding that weak link is all about listening and learning from our bodies. This is why it’s so important to keep excellent track of what you’re doing that way in the future you can tell where those weaknesses and you can see where their strength.
 
Hello, thanks for showing an interest in this exercise, it really does have legs.

I'll answer in points, not being rude here but it might make more sense

  • Yes, the entire penis and package goes through the lengthmaster
  • No I dont clamp on the base with anything, can you explain what you mean by clamp? is that cable clamp?
  • No I dont use the rope
  • Yes certainly its done bundled

It will hurt to some degree when using the LM at first, perhaps many dont get to that stage for fear of damage, and I understand but you must feel intense stretch in the area where the perineum is located, and it will hurt at first due to skin stretch, after its not as bad at all.

The BM inner stretch feels different because its not pulling at an angle, just straight out, and in my personal opinion is nowhere near as intense like using the LM, its limited by how much force as its a pump, the vacuum would come loose.


I'm going to have to get a diagram up in the week, because its not the easiest exercise to describe in words is it.

The reverse method I do, is really intense on the suspensory ligament mainly, its the opposite to the standard expressive, and yes a risk with that on the balls, but one has to very easy with it.

Yeah, I will have to get some diagrams and even a new thread for the new exercise.

The expressive I do, as I understood it from DLD is simply get the cock and balls through the hole, using the lever arm over the legs one uses the legs while pulling down on the penis + package to create the stretch.

I never clamp, perhaps you refer to the attachment piece? no I never use it for that, and would think it pretty difficult when doing expressive.

No worries mate. Not being rude. I wasn't very clear and I am new so the terminology was off.

I have seen the word clamping on here and have no idea what it is. Figured I would figure out hanging, clamping etc. after this first 6-12 months with the routine DLD gave.

By "Clamping" I mean using the wingnuts on the LM to "clamp down" and as you said (probably the correct term) "attach" to your penis.

When I asked if you used the rope, I meant the rope that comes with the LM. There are a couple videos I have seen on here with people using the rope with their legs for extra strength pulls.

So when you said you lay on your back and push up with your legs, I envisioned someone with a LM "attached" with wingnuts all the way down around both the penis and the testicles at the very base. I then imagined someone twisting that into a bundled stretch at the base. Then the only way I could envision the stretch to be possible was to incorporate the rope. Maybe it is because I am not flexible at all and there is no way I could lay on my back and push on the handles with my feet while the LM is attached to the base of my package.

Sounds like I was way off and I will be awaiting your diagram good sir.

Not a problem, its alright. Yeah I get on my back with the top half up, like the position in a sit up. The LM is placed across the legs at the top, and you place the penis and entire package through the loop at this stage.

Next, before you tense up anything, you ensure a good grip with either hand around the area behind your balls. I have average sized hand, you dont need large hands for this. I find my thumb and a finger provide most of the grip around the whole area, while squeezing down with the rest of the hand.

You now commence a bundle. I can do about 3 sometimes 4 but honestly just do what you can, even 1/4 bundle is a start and better than nothing.
I find as I bundle, you change your hands, so you dont keep the hand and wrist in the same position as you bundle but alternate the hands to help twist, once the desired amount of bundles is reached get the main gripping hand back in place.

Now you pull the penis down through the loop with the loop close to the base of the penis or pubic area. Once you feel tension here and the grip good, commence with pushing the legs up with knees bent feet on the bed, thighs are where the power comes from as the LM arms are over the thighs right, so with you pulling the penis and moving the thighs it creates the expressive stretch.

A manual version I found online is quoted below

Doing this new exercise for 2 weeks now and already half inch of the inner dick has become exposed.

The exercise:Follow the steps mentioned below:

1.Do 100 quick kegels while your buddy is stretched straight up.

2.stretch straight out and pass the non-gripping hand underneath the space between the scrotum and the ass hole.To do so you need to sit down with your legs spread as wide as possible and pass the non-gripping hand behind the scrotum.

3.Now try hard and place your fingers(non-gripping)on the forearm of the gripping hand.you need to just touch the forearm NOT grip it.At this point the space between the scrotum and ass hole should rest on the wrist of the non-gripping hand and your buddy is stretched outward and slightly downward.your scrotum will rest on the wrist of the non-gripping hand as well.

4.Now pull the wrist of the non-gripping hand slightly up against the outward and downward stretch.So,you can imagine that you are doing the A-stretch where the fulcrum is placed behind the scrotum.

5.At this point you will feel slight pain on your ligs as well as on the bulb of the buddy.

6.Now do a reverse kegel for 15 secs and then rest for 15 secs while still stretching with max intensity.

7.repeat the RK/rest cycle for 3 more times.So,you are stretching for a total of 2 mins.

8.Now do BTC stretches-30 secs holds each:left,center,right.The BTC is important to make the way clear for you inner dick which will become exposed(relocating the exit point).

Appreciate your time and effort on this! Looks like I have some reading to do. Embarrassed I have been thinking I was doing expressive stretching while clamped to the base. I swear I could feel it. Good news is once I figure it out maybe I will feel it and notice some changes too. Everything seems to be working so far. I am going to measure in a couple months. ? ? ?
 
Red, you’re digging up some really old exercises and bringing life to them again. I love the way you’re researching this and how you’re doing it so all the brothers can see. I’m very proud of you my brother in many ways

Really pleased with the work, again very intense, especially the reverse expressive. My ligaments were on fire as I performed the reverse kegel, shit it was intense at times.

Never ever have I had such intense ligament burns, that's in comparison to everything I have used in penis enlargement, from exotic hanging angles with a shitload of weight added to it, to the great classic DLD A stretch blasters, so I'm hopeful it's a positive sign.

Testicle massage applied at the end, always helps.

classic stretch that so many not knowing how powerful it is. I hope much of what you’re doing brothers are reading and will implement it into their own training.
 
Its still sore in the base right now, right afterwards for awhile it was a burning sensation deep in the pubic bone area.
I take that as the ligament right? its been so long since I hit length that I feel very new to this :)

Yes sir my brother that’s the ligament burn that all newbies get and usually with that burn comes some great growth. The soreness eventually will go away but your program is very hard-core so I would expect days of fatigue and soreness. But in the end it’s all worth it.
 
Thanks for the confirmation. I'm set for another crack at it tonight, and have laid off not doing this everyday due to the intensity, and the concern it could make the thing stronger by too much in a short time, so spacing it out a little I think could help, otherwise I might injure the ligament, the burn is that intense ... it gets really fecking sore, so intense when I reverse kegel that I have to ease off.

Penis starting to look fuller when flaccid, just a very subtle meatier appearance.

When fully erect it does appear ever so slightly longer.

Growth is very slow, and does appear subtle at first before fully manifesting into that gain.

Did a few erect stretches at the end, and since doing these reckon I can cope with any stretch.

For the future; think of adding behind the balls jelqs to encourage further expansion, use the silistretcher at night with 1/2 kg weight over edge of bed to aid growth. Use red light therapy to encourage collagen regeneration.

Note, when I do any bundled stretches, I always make sure to alternate each side, otherwise a risk may develop in uneven growth to one side.

Such an important point on bundles stretching. It’s so important that you follow Red’s directions here. When you bundle you need to bundle equally to each side or you will end up with an even growth and possibly a lean or a bend.

  • 20 minutes bundled DLD expressive stretching
  • 20 minutes inverse expressive stretching
  • Testicle massage
  • A few erect stretches also added

NOTE: I changed the name for the reverse expressive stretches to inverse, because it wasn't a correct name to describe them, but what is being done is the opposite to the standard expressive, so inverse fits the bill.

All REVERSE stretches were INVERSE, and from this point on reverse is history :)

This session had its usual lovely intensity, and I can hold the stretches for longer with intensity over my earlier workouts.

For some reason, I was able to bundle really tight, seemed to be more tighter than usual, and you definitely notice that more internally with the inner stretch, so pay attention to this detail ... the bundle is really important, it essentially not only seems to do something to eliminate more skin stretch (how I see it anyway) by the corkscrew effect, but places the focus of the stress internally inside underneath the skin, and into the penis where its needed.

Anyone a virgin to bundled stretches, just get a thick piece of elastic and pull it for example 12 inches.

Now, bundle it a few times and stretch it again for the same distance. Notice how much more stress is placed into this object compared to the conventional stress, this is the same when applied to the penis.

With the inverse stretch, I had some burns like usual but at times I thought "could it be the nerve" you know on the base, because the penis has a few nerves on the top near the base. I'm not 100% sure, but think 75% it is ligament, because I was able to get a rock solid boner straight after the workouts, and I didn't have numbness anywhere, any loss of sensation.

Guess I'm just surprised how easy its been to cause this burning sensation to the ligaments.

Okay, so, have I noticed anything visually?

Well, I honestly starting to notice my flaccid length does look longer in size, for a longer duration during the day.

I notice it looks slightly thicker at the base in girth, and when I pull some of my loose skin back at the base (which I have had for years before PE) I notice it does appear to hang that little differently than before when looking at it from the side.

You know, I recall from one of the expressive threads by DLD, he theorised the angle of the flaccid penis would change to the inner penis moving, and I chirped in somewhere in agreement but that the fundiform ligament could also be a factor in that.

Looks like this could bear fruit, but I need to keep watching it. I can only see this when the base skin is pulled back, looking from the sides, just the angle slightly altered, like DLD had in the diagram.

Erections last night were also on fire, every time I woke up my cock was stiff as lead, and when I had a tug after the session it certainly looks that bit longer now, I can see that. Must be I would hazard a guess no more than 1/4 inch, but fuck me I will take this all day long!!!


The next step is adding behind the balls jelqing, and using the silistretcher with duro sleeves during the night as my all night stretching aid.

Wow this is a very old photo but gosh does it bring back a lot of feelings on how much work I put into this. Mandingo was the one that got me going on inventing expressive stretching. When I noticed that he had a very thick base that would quickly thin as it went up told me he was pulling the penis from his body. It was the only thing that made sense to me. So at that point I started doing expressive stretching and I started to have the same results. It’s crazy how you fall into inventing exercise by error.
 
Mandingo has been very influential hasn't he. Yeah, you really did come up with something Mike. The expressive stretch is special, I dont type that out lightly, but I feel for the first time in years that finally I'm making progress with length, and its the expressive stretches that are doing it!

It IS a very intense feeling stretch, at first it will hurt, and skin stretch is an issue, but than again you have to gain skin to grow into.

Hey you’re doing it and it’s working and you’re proving a very very important thing right now. You’re a hard gainer with length but this is working for you. If you’re able to prove expressive stretching is enough to put on length you have discovered something incredible. And I know you will finish the experiment and give us your growth measurements with great honor! Keep up the good work my brother!
 
April 3rd

Nice work, didn't try getting a ligament burn all the time with the inverse expressive, but got them on and off.

I feel sore right now, and this soreness is not just inner penis, but the actual external penis we see, the shaft is sore, but it's a good soreness inside deeply.

Tried using theraband under the loop on the lengthmaster top side of the penis when executing the inverse stretches.

It did offer some relief from pain I had in the past, but I got tired of it halfway and went back to naked stretches.

Okay, anything else to report ... Well, last night I happened to smash one ? and seriously, when I was looking at the meat, it for sure looks longer than before.

You know when you know, and it looked better, even though it can't be anymore than 1/4 inch but it's all a good result, with the small digit going into larger figures.

My erections are rock solid, again this morning my cock is up before me, and the base is starting to look thicker.

Everything DLD theorized with expressive stretching is what I'm beginning to notice subtle signs of, like my flaccid size does hang longer for fuller more often than it did in the past.

I have no negative sides thus far touch wood, even using the inverse expressive stretches which I had my doughts on at first due to safety, but they seem to really hit the suspensory ligament better than anything I have used, certainly more pinpointed than hanging.

Now, if IF a device could one-day be constructed that worked the expressive angles, the inner penis, somehow, a device that could hang weights or at least enable long sessions of tension the human hand cannot maintain.

Thinking maybe it will be more versatile in targeting points along the shaft, such as making it easier to move to a specific area like midshaft.

Will try it out next time.

i’m also thinking of making this an SRT approved routine. This will be a incredible addition! Perhaps a length only routine but definitely going to write it into SRT

Its about exercising the most effective, with the best outcome, and I reckon expressive work is just that.

Giving out a very detailed description of your work out and I will add it into the SRT portion for length. Take your time there’s no rush just make sure it’s specific so people understand. I think it’s going to be a wonderful addition to SRT.
 
April 6th

20 minutes bundled expressive stretches

Some testicle massage, and about 2 semi erect.

Not performed the inverse expressive stretches due to work commitments needing a very early start, so I'm gonna split the routine to these bundled expressive stretches one-day, followed by inverse expressive stretches the next, and following it on from there.

Really noticed my normal flaccid size is better, and it just does hang better.

All going well, and when I sneezed a few times it actually gave a really intese burning sensation you get with reverse kegels at the ligament, deep pubic area.

My flaccid hangs lower and longer than before, I noticed allot last week when taking a pee at work, just how bigger it is.

Erect has increased slightly visually as mentioned in the past, probably upto 1/4 inch but should now over the next month see further gains as flaccid from my experience usually proceeds erect.

Testicle massage applied here and there, but all is going well.

Because of these very early starts, I'm knackered and cant get the late session in like in the past, but will instead in the week sessions condense it into 10 minutes ones over the 20 minute, leaving them for the weekend.

As you know, I dont do reps and sets, so the 10 minutes counts as allot of those, its long stretches held.

I certainly see a difference in my hang, when taking a leak in the day it just swings larger, like a fucking horse this morning I kid you not.

Been very busy lately with work, and not been at it daily, however, it's not damaged anything, my size is bigger .. both flaccid and erect are longer plus thicker near the base.

All was good. Erections still consistent and solid, which got me thinking that it may be a sign when gains are happening.

Is it the body's way of clearing a path for new growth, certainly seems so because after these sessions my erections are crazy at night.

For me so far, this experience has been well worth it. I didn't expect it, sure I was positive, but it's something else when one-day your cock is actually longer in your hands.

Last night again, solid boners. It's kinda like the regular boners I got when a late teen. I'm 37 now, my erections are great.
No problem getting solid, and since the expressive stretches, they get more frequently and hard.

My theory. Food for thought, its been said but the more I think about it the more it never makes sense. Stretching by, or underneath the glans like we all did or still do. It just IMHO limits you massively, gives additional strength to the septum which bridges the 3 penile chambers together, and hence makes it more difficult to get gains.

We get too obsessed with what we SEE ... the penis we SEE is external. Stretching from the glans just hits parts, its not fully effective. This is why so many variations, techniques, tips and tricks exist with fulcrums, exotic angles, and god knows what else to up the intensity levels.

Instead, just skip that shit and try expressive stretching using a lengthmaster. You pull the entire package through, bundle, and stretch. You take out the entire external penis. Its not needed to get gains period. In fact, expressive stretching is placing the most direct force into the internal penis, and suspensory + fundiform ligament that anything else could ever do.

Give it a crack, just try them and see how intense it is. You will be amazed, and your grip lasts longer because the head is out of the equation.

For me, this is stretching for the new generation.
