so basically got into pe for premature ej. ive always been able to keep going and just come twice but i started edging and kegeling because as i get older it doesnt get any better so i just decided to do something about it. im not the typa person to let something defeat me. ill be 30 in a few months so now is the time. i never had complaints on size, or even really cared to measure, but after delving into pe and learning more and more i quickly realized my start size is barely average. nbpel - 5.5 bpel - 6.25 and eg - 4.9. that start happened early december when i started jelqing and stretching. fast forward to present and im seeing much better erections, my flacid is hanging fat and long, not as much turtling, and im seeing my girth measurements at more of a 5 or 5.1 sometimes after an intense session. pretty happy with the manual results so far. after surfing around mos for a couple weeks now ive incorporated slow squash jelqs, some more intense stretching trying to get more expressive with stretching. my routine is usually 5-10 mins of stretching under hot shower water, then 50 dry jelqs, 45 sec ssj or horse squeeze, 50 dry jelqs, 45 sec ssj or squeeze, 50 drys, 45 sec ssj, 50 drys, 45 sec ssj, edging with a 45 sec ssj every time im almost ready to bust for as long as i can go, as of recently ive been trying to wrap and use rings to heal in an elongated state. off days are various i usually get my workouts in when i can. im still a newb so i will up the intensity as i go, currently looking into an ads for work and incorporating clamping as well red zulu paved the way for my goals 100!!! so ill def be clamping lol!
 
Welcome my brother to the family! It sounds like you’re already to go and completely psyched up, that’s excellent. Make sure you visit the SRT thread to get some great advice on gaining and healing in the fastest possible way.
 
heck yeah thanks guys i am definitely emulating the srt routine now that ive read up on it, had the most intense workout today thus far, my thing was a little sore lol but i def felt accomplished! girth workouts are honestly so satisfying to me its actually super fun lol. and the bathmate is def coming just a matter of time... i want to measure again at the end of january and update my progress, but im not really about posting pics on the internet, nothing to prove this is for me!

Awesome attitude! That’s spirit is enough to give you an inch in itself! I’m glad you’re taking such a happy perspective on this and you should because you’re about to make your penis is big as you want it! Make me proud!
 
question? got my first case of fluid build up after using a c-ring after an intense sesh, is this an indication to a bit of over training? or is it normal? it literally went down like an hour after i took it off and seems good now, just when it happened i had like a little buldge of fluid at my base where i had the c-ring... kinda weird lol but i have been training hard maybe take a day? any insight would be grat thanks guys!!
 
Sounds like a tough session! I usually don't wear my cockring for that long after a BM session, hardly at all if I went overboard and got fluid retention. I think I wear it from 20 minutes to 60 minutes, max, checking often how my pecker feels.

As it went down fast, I don't see a reason to take a day off, maybe just do an easier session. :)
Interesting that you had fluid at the base! I've pretty much only got it before my glans, as a doughnut ring.

Another addition is you could do some SlowSquashJelqs after you’re done with your routine to try to disburse the fluid equally across your penis.
 
ive been reading, studying, learning, applying. my routine has changed multiple times because i will find something new that makes sense for me and ill give it a crack at the next sesh. i feel like im underdoing it, but then during the healing phase i feel like i overdid it lol, but nothing major just soreness.

new routine as of right now (what makes most sense)

warmup in hot shower while performing approx 5 mins bundled stretches. various directions and intensities.

BTC stretch all various ways 30 sec hold. 3 sets. normal left right down up straight stretches 30 sec hold. 3 sets. rotary cranks 25 3 sets. A-stretches 30 sec hold. 3 sets.

dry jelq 100+

clamp 5 mins... then edge with ssj when nearing ponr ... 2-3 sets or whatever i can handle.

post workout ive been healing in either ace bandage or silicone sleeves, and i also got a cheap noose ads online but ive only wore it a few times so far mainly at work.

let me know what you guys think any tweeks or advice? i think im gonna plug away like this for another month or two then invest in a bathmate and extender.
 
oh yeah i havent measured again yet havent seen the need hasnt been long at all, but the wife said the other day, "i havent seen it get cold in a long time, and its winter!" lol i was rollin

so basically today had a great session, im getting great length on my a stretches, ive been doing bundled a stretches which have been great, also clamping went great! did 5mins then 60sec ssj, 10mins then 60sec ssj, then did a final 10 mins, followed by 3 sets of 30sec ssj followed by the toilet squash thing. so i know it was great because i didnt really have too much fatigue, and i pulled out the tape for the heck of it, and i expanded from 5 girth to 5.4 girth on my last clamp set! definitely a huge motivation bump, now im healing with cring, then im gonna wrap!

Excellent manual version of SRT. For now on when men ask me for a manual version of SRT I’m going to send them to this thread! Well done!
