I want to stretch my tunica

Hi guys, i have a question.

I want to stretch my tunica and i want to ask you which are the best stretches.
I know that these stretches have to be upward stretches.
But what are the best ones?
Is it possible to stretch the tunica with only "normal" stretches,like pull the penis for 30sec. up-wards?

Another question:What is stretching phase 1?

I'm a hanger.
I'm looking for a good stretching routine for tunica.I want to combine it with my hanging.

It doesn't *have* to be upward stretches. V stretches also work very well. And bundled V stretches are my favorite!

Im still not sure, if the A strech is good for the tunica.

There are tons of free exercises right here on the free forum. Try using the search button and look for TUNICA, you will find tons of stuff.
