hello everyone, i bought the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] couple days ago and i want to start with the excersize but i dont know if i should do it in the evening before i go to sleep or in the morning after i wake up.
and i dont know how many times in aweek i should doing it
im talking about phaze 1

The smartest thing to do is split your routine up between morning and night. This will give you the ability to dedicate your focus to 2 separate parts of Penis Enlargement, length and girth. I prefer length in the AM because it requires little concentration while, at night, I can dedicate full concentration to girth (which really needs a unique focus [sexuality]). Train 7 days a week but if this seems like too much you can back it down a bit, maybe 5 on 1 off or 3 on 2 off, etc.
