I want length!!!!!!!!!

What's going on everyone??? I'm currently bone pressed 7.0" and 5.5" EG but I want more length like 8" or more. What are the best exercises to get me to my goal? I do not have any penis equipment. Thanks in advance guys.
 
NEWBIE WORKOUT

Once you have done this workout for a while, you can move on to other exercises/more time as you see fit.

5 minute hot wrap (soak a washcloth in hot water and wrap it around your package)

3 sets of:

1 minute straight down stretching
1 minute left stretching
1 minute right stretching
1 minute straight up stretching

Rest 15 seconds between each stretch. Make sure you grip just behind the head. Its okay if you notice your head darkening. The first few days you may notice that you get some small red spots on the head. This is also normal, and they should go away fairly soon. If you notice any bruising, stop for a day or two or until the bruising goes away, and next time LIGHTEN UP! I find that if you use baby powder it is much easier to get a good grip.
