I've emailed DLD he told me they ship everything out on Fridays. Well long story short I don't even want the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] now i just want my money back (tired of waiting)

He isn't answering his PMs or nor emails but i see him logged into the board all the time (atleast he's logged on the Board when i PM him)


Anyone ?

It really does and unfortunately. I ordered VIAGRA (generic) the other day and their shipping time is 3 weeks! Maybe [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] should just start saying it will take 3 weeks then we will surprise every customer with an early delivery.

The business I run isn't much different than yours its just "Music production" and I ship all over the US as well as international. When i ship something in the US It doesn't take more than 3 days(im in the Us aswell) Even if Im sending something to the Eascoast (im mainly on the West)

100's of emails a day I can understand that my business is the same exact way but if im going to take more than 48 hours to reply so someones email i notify everyone letting them know what i have on my plate so there is no questions as to why Im not replying to my clients.

Now i do see a new email (today to be exact) It says my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]Dvd[/words] will be shipped on the 24th well i made my purchase on the 15th or the 16th (thats a tuesday or a wednesday)

I emailed you asking when the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] would arrive you told me it would be sent out on friday that would be the 18th.

So getting the email stating its gonna be shipped tomorrow is upsetting and misleading.

Again I do know what its like running a popular online business I do production for labels, run a tutorial site have over 5,000 members (dvd clients and vip members myself) and i do sound designing for sound companies

You have to communicate with people. When you're dealing with people's money you have to keep them informed.

I have decided to make our delivery time 2 to 3 weeks. This will not only allow us to get things shipped out but it will make the customer happy when it arrives early.

In this digital/electronic age he couldn't track it through the system to found out it's route and ETA to it's final destination within the standard 4-6 weeks. What's next, a demand on the interest earned if you don't get your refund within the next week. You'll probably demand a refund on your time you invested with P.E. if it doesn't work within 2 weeks. And it's not a Tax write-off if it's unrelated to your employment... DUH. You exposed your integrity and true intentions, documented it for all here to see and set yourself up for success ...

I literally receive 100's of messages a day. I return all of my mail but sometimes it takes a while. There is no way in hell that I would ever leave these responsibilities to a worker. No, I am dedicated to answer the mail myself...I am only one guy. I actually get guys complaining that I do not return a message as soon as it arrives but I can't. I do as much as I can as does JAZ.

When i purchase movies and what not i write those off too Since i have record of doing music and having transactions with labels/compannies who's to say i wasn't studying my latest movie or video game purchase for movie scoring or resouce material. Wouldn't matter if I actually was or not noone is going to waste their time with something like that.

Call it a loophole if ya like... many loops and breaks when you own something that brings in an income. If you can find a way to make it (your purchase) help your business you can write it off. If its something used in your bizz you can write it off.

I'm fully aware of that and if you READ im not saying he shipped it and i didn't get it in a reasonable amount of time what pissed me off is i was told shipping is done on 1 specific day. I contact him after 3-4 afterwards days asking where it is (had no tracking info)

only to find out it wasn't shipped at all and when it did ship it was about 4 days or more prior to the day it was suppose to be sent out.
