I thikn i have a varicocele. And i've never got it checked. Is that safe?

Its been there for as long as i remmember
I never really payed much attension to it. But recently ive been worried. I dont know if its all in my head , or if it actually DID grow.
Can a varicocele grow? is it safe?
Thing is, i go back to uni tomorrow.
Study at a really dull place in lebanon. No offence if there are any labanese people here, but the doc's there are VERY retarded, people at where i live (labanese in specific) are very stupid. It'd be hopeless to do anything there. So the next i can get it checked is prolly after 3 / 4 months. Should that be okay?

Varicoceles can develop over time. This site gives a lot of information on varicoceles and their repair.
 
Is what safe? The disorder? Penis Enlargement? Lost on the question.
