I need help with this

I have been jelqing for about a month but I can't keep track of my jelqs I do them each for 2-3 seconds is that ok or should it be more. Would 30 minutes or jelqing be alright or an hr.
 
i do mine when i have time i dont count mine i just do as many as i can till im sore take a brake then do some more same steps i do this every other day depends if my penis feels like it has been tru a shredder if not every day

Thirty minutes is plenty of time. Work more for good expansion than counting.
 
Good expansion what do you mean. Thanks dld for answering my other questions your so helpful. So about 20-30 min.
 
do the math...3 seconds on each jelq times 300 jelqs = 900 seconds. divide by 60 (for seconds in a minute) and you get 15 minutes. Now a jelq count is really 2 strokes, one with each hand, so 15 minutes times 2 = 30 minutes.
