I heard a pop in while doing a stretch.

Hey guys, I'm sure this is nothing, but while I was doing a two handed outward stretch, I heard my lig pop. It sounded just like when you crack your knuckles. It didn't hurt, but sort of freaked me out and made me more cautious. Is that normal or common to hear a pop when doing a stretch? Do I need to be more cautious?

If you don't have any pain or bruising from it, you should be fine. It's fairly common during intense stretching; I've even had it happen during sex. The first time it happens it is quite frightening.
