@Macfitn10 are you getting the
LENGTHMASTER 3?
Some tip for using the Bathmate:
Get clean shaved so the pump get a proper seal. You only need to shave yourself where the pump has it's seal against your body.
I suggest you remove the comfort insert, If you are using that?

Figure 1: Comfort insert.
I found for myself that when I removed the comfort insert, I got better expansion of my penis, both at length, but also in girth of the pump. The comfort insert prevented expansion in girth for me, and therefore it prevented expansion in length as well. Also my glans got stuck on the end of the comfort insert. So that was not comfortable.
I have never used the "comfort insert" by the way. The "gator" (the rubber seal against your body, and rubber creases) can be uncomfortable. But that's something you get used to. If you can't deal with that,
get back to me and I will give you a few tips, to make it more comfortable.
You will get a better seal without the comfort insert, and better pressure build-up.
You can also smear
Vaseline on the gator (the rubber part against your body), both on the opening and on the inside (not much) of the pump (only on the rubber part). Mainly on the rubber creases, represented in the Figure 2 below.

Figure 2: Simple representation of inside the pump. Smear the rubber creases with a tiny amount of Vaseline, so they will slide better against your penis. This is most important if you expands (are a big expander in girth) into these rubber creases.
You can also smear Vaseline on your "fat pad". This will make it more easy to get a proper seal, and it will feel more comfortable when you are pumping. You can use the Vaseline lubrication, to adjust the pump when you have built up little pressure (adjust: penis in the middle, skin...). Then it's even more important to be clean shaved, so you don't let any air into the pump.
Your pump should have as much water as possibly inside it, when you start to pump. Use warm water, this will make the tissue lose and pliable (sorry for the obvious statement).
I only share my experience with you, and what have been working for me. If you have any further questions just ask, and I will try my best to answer them (or any other brother will answer you). I have
some more tips and trix related to the Bathmate pumps, so just ask If you get any trouble with pumping.
And the last thing, you can clean the pump with a mild liquid hand soap, and just run through the pump with warm water at the end of your pumping session. Just use a little amount of soap.
@Macfitn10, you can also do what
@hugh-girth
are suggesting, then you do not have to deal with the "gator bite" and the difficulty to get a seal and so on...

But I will tell you, I love the Bathmate pumps.
If you want to make it work with the Bathmate pump I will help you.
Try the things I suggested above, and get back to me in how this is working out for you.
Take care brother. I hope this information finds you well.
