Today I was rubbing my penis very fast with my hand then all of a sudden this massive release of white fluid came out of my penis, I searched on google 'white fluid discharge from penis' and the results said I had a UTI. Could anyone figure out what came out of my penis?
I've twice in the past had a thick white fluid that looks exactly like sperm come out of my nose. It happened twice during periods when I'm abstaining from sex/ejaculation.
Indeed
@hugh-girth, this can be a reason as well. When I was younger I got ejaculation during my sleep. It can also happen today, if I'm really horny/have sexual dreams.
I have actually experienced something similar to what
@derekparle have experienced.
Maybe? But he did stimulate his penis with his hands, so maybe this was the reason of this ejaculated fluid?

You can ejaculate a small amount of sperm without a so called orgasm. If his urine was cloudy this can be a sign of an UTI (Urinary tract infection). But I will say, I'm not a doctor.
I think I had a small Urinary tract infection (UTI) once. I remembered that I thought it was due to an STD (Sexually Transmitted Diseases), or you can say I was extremely worried what it was. Since I had never experienced anything similar. I'm really careful with sex (I don't sleep around).
But it turns out the reason for the pain with urination and the redness around my penis, was due to the reason, that I had washed my underwear with a detergent in a bucket.
So stupid I was back then...
I had not rinsed though them properly to get rid of the detergent. The detergent had irritated my, external urethral opening, that created this redness around my external urethral opening (at the glans), I also experienced pain when urinating, and I also got some ejuculation of some fluid. Which was not semen. I think my body heald the UTI by itself. But a serious UTI can lead to permanent kidney damage. So I was lucky I didn't ended up with that.
This stuff can be scary...but there is always a logical explanation.

You see! The urethral tract are interconnected to the kidneys. Since the kindneys are purifying the blood, and the waste product is called urine. So if you get an infection in your external urethral tract, this can lead to an urinary tract infection. And in the worst case scenario it can permanently damage your kidneys.
Maybe the pictures was not necessary, but I thought it was interesting.

I'm a complete nerd/geek!
