How would this stretch the tunica?

I just found this picture on the old Tom Hubbard site, since it seemed to be the best description that I could find:

"The two tubes on the sides (corpora cavernosa; singular corpus) are covered with fascia which attaches to suspensory ligaments, which in turn attach to the abdomen or the pubic bone. When you feel a little bumpiness under the skin about halfway down your penis shaft, you're probably feeling the ligaments where they attach."

Now, in the picture the white stuff around the corpora cavernosa and the singular corpus is the tunica.

I was just curious as to how pulling up would stretch the tunica at all?

I think it just won't stress the ligs as much, so it works more tunica. When you stretch down, the ligs will take the stress before the tunica can.

When pulling up the diagram would look different. The ligs would be against the pubic bone and fairly slack and the tunica would only have a slight curve when pulling up.

Stretch your penis upwards, and use your free hand to feel the penis, you will feel your tunica becomes stiff, do it and see what I mean!
