She explained that by pushing the ejucalation into the bladder you can get an orgasm. I believe that is called a retrogade ejaculation or something like that and its the result of your kegel hold not being strong enough to truly stop ejaculation. I read it could be dangerous and you should get stronger first. I could be wrong though.
