LOL....yeah I should take it easy....Man it happened two years ago...I was trying to see if anyone here ha shoulder pain....what kind of exercises they did etc.....cause I've managed to not have much if any in either shoulder because of a routine I've put together....at the same time the pec tear was brutal...but now it's something you live with...I have gotten my bench up to 275....so I think I've accomplished something considering my highest healthy bench press was 315....but yeah, I tore it doing incline bench max....the day after our coaches had made us bench max....I was using 245 something I did usually for 4-5 sets of 5, I didn't think it was going to be a big deal, and as I was getting to lock out it just tore....hurt like the dickens too....but yeah that was amost three years ago....but like I said I've finally found a way to maximize my efforts in the gym working with my shoulders (I have separated both) instead of working around it....if anyone needs help with this hit me up....I'm always available to help you guys out....
