How hard should I be stretching?

It's impossible for me to do anyhting correctly except jelqing. Everytime I start stretching for a few days, I get buerst capillaries in my head, and I have to take a few days off. It's extremely frustrating, because I am so sick of having a 5.7 inch penis.

The only way I can stretch and feel a real significant pull at the base of my cock, is when I'm stretching really hard, and thats what burst my capillaries. Is lightly stretching a waste of time or will it give the same exact results and pulling on my cock extremely hard?

Yeah, they are the red spots. Also, it gets all red around my dick hole. Is a light tug enough to affect the ligs at all?
 
honestly, i think you'll stop getting those after your penis is better conditioned. as for light pulls, i wouldn't expect much. ligs are pretty hard to stretch so it takes some pull
 
Always stretch as hard as you can, with increasing intensity as you progress. You can put the grip lower down on your shaft to "protect" your glans from over pressure. You should also do bundled stretches which will improve your grip and intensity.
