Hi all, ive been doing pe on and for almost 5 years now, and by far my biggest hold back is an inconsistant program. Ive always winged it myself so I dont follow a set program like DLD's or any other. I feel at my stage right now I need about 2 hours of time from start to finish for a worthwhile workout.
Im basicallly having prblems fitting that into my work week. I feel tired when i get home, then theres distractions of every sort - its disruptive.
What do you guys do, how do you plan and follow through with pe how do you fit it in? Its not a matter of motivation for me its a matter of time. Thanks
