I get the gist of it, I just need to know for sure. In a nutshell to me, it's squeezing the base of your penis, forcing blood through by pushing it forward a bit, then pulling it back, then repeat pushing and pulling. Am I right?
Thanks man, I've really been wondering how to do them for the Supra Slammers.. I've been doing it right, except for the grip.. I didn't do the over-hand grip I just did a normal, but it's easy to see How the overhand grip allows you to go more towards the base.. The Supra Slammers are hard as fuck to do.. Seriously. I almost cum on the 10th one, then I end up shooting a tiny bit of cum. Anyone know if that pretty much destroys the work-out?
