I stumbled on this while looking for arthroscopic surgery info related to the neck and shoulder.

I just found it LIVE, 17 minutes into the operation. Maybe there will be more broadcast later, but not sure so check it out now!

I'm not advocating this surgery, but it is REALLY interesting to watch.

Interesting: If DLD, or anybody over 22cm (8.7 inches), ever becomes impotent and needs implants ... you'll need custom implants because the largest currently manufactured is 22cm. I forget what the largest girth is.

The webcast is over now.

It was really interesting though. Very informative. They had two different surgeons with different methods. The biggest difference seemed that one surgeon entered through the scrotom and the other above the penis on top of the pubic bone. They gave a power point presentation next to the video. Talked about everything you can imagine.

my wife is a Nurse and about 5 years ago, she told me that there was a guy in the hospital she had that had surgery like this. They implanted some sort of a balloon into his penis shaft and then implanted a manual pump and hoses that ran from his shaft up into his groin (abdoman) area where he would actually manually pump up his penis for sex. Guess it was like the basketball high-top sneakers a couple a years ago that you had to pump up ? Guess you can fuck forever until you let the pressure out and it goes down ?
