Hgh cocktail

I have a recipe for your hgh to go up to 300% more. The ingredients:
1 tomato (medium sized)
40 grams of broad beans (can be replaced with fresh grean beans, fava beans or better yet, L dopa supplements
40 grams of white or red cabbage
Mix all raw ingredients in a blender until they turn into liquid.
If needed mix in some water to get the consistency wanted. You can add sugar or pieces of chocolate to improve taste.

Lovin it, i guess i do not have to buy any of those silly and expensive hgh boosters online. These are taken right before sleep? 300 % so basically the same if you would feast for 24 hrs. Plz tell me more, do these ingredients together really work?
 
It was from a grow taller program i gained 1/ 2 inch permanent height with the program in two weeks but i stopped doing the program (got lazy) and without the cocktail that just wouldnt be possible to gain that half inch height. As for penis size, i get a better hang after this drink. I dont know if itll help out for gains but im sure it will. In the grow taller program, it says to drink thirty minutes after your exercise and thats what i do with pe.

Interesting, speaking of height i gained 1 inch when i started doing deadlifts at my gym, and this was one year ago as a 30 yr old man.

could you tell me about the growing tall program ???
 
@pogzee , they are all the same , lol, they tell you to eat healthy,sleep more,do exercises,be active etc and give you some streches to help your posture / decompress your spine.It does work tho,i gained 2 cm ( almost 1 inch ) and i got this program for 2 weeks :P . Its called grow 6 inches in 90 days,you can google it.

Ontopic,i heard taking l-arginine 1 h before bed boost Hgh like crazy.
 
Deer antler velvet and dopa mucuna also raise GH naturally. It is important to understand gh is created when you are in a deep sleep when you dream. So other sleeping supplements can help such as melatonin and valerian root...

That is actuaæly very uncommon. As most people start to get shorter from lifting heavy weights. I lost a few cm myself. I don't care im 187cm and even if i lost a few it wouldn't make a difference.

But especially squat and deadlift is famous for making people shorter.

A technique that can be used to make you taller (this works temporary though)

Hang on a bar like you wanna do a chin up.

Now tense every muscle in your body for 10 seconds. Then relax (keep the grip though)

Repeat.


It is crazy experience because most of the times you end up with ground contact due to your body getting stretched out. And it is healthy for the back aswell (the reason i usef it in the firdt place) if this can be used for permanent growth i dobt know. But then again. If done daily and it gives you just a little. And it is healthy. I would say it is a decent tool

Hanging upside-down is even better.
 
Another way to increase your GH is by using GHRP-6 with CJC no Dac. I just started the GHRP-6. I'm gonna keep track of how well it works in my progress thread.

is it actually possible to grow 6 inches in 90 days ???
also if i take the hgh cocktail and stretch everyday ...will i gain height ???
cuz many people eat heatlhy sleep well workouit but that doesnt mean you grow taller....there are specific things you need to work on :) like in PE

Ipamorelin would be better with the no dac for many reasons

Why do you think this raised hgh by 300%? Did you do blood tests?
 
In the program it said, itll raise hgh by 300%, i also grew in height. Without the cocktail i doubt i wouldve grown with just diet posture sleep and exercise.

I dont think its possible..even the guy in the video said " thats the best case scenario ", he probably got a growth spurt at the time + streching = got 6 inches...but if you do these streches,eat good,sleep good,increase HGH , you may add good inches,but not in 90 days...

Hgh isn't goimg to make you taller unless your a child. I inject hgh and I'm still the same height. All the body builders that take huge doses of it don't grow taller either. Your head and feet might get bigger from tons of hgh but not from salsa😉

Yes just taking hgh is best, that's why I do it 😄. If I took a peptide it would be ipam though for sure, besides tb500 of course that I also take. You can get some very good Chinese hgh for decent prices. I've done blood work on my hgh and igf 1 levels and they were both very good on it
 
How old are you pogzee?Unless youre -20,this is not gonna help you..if your plates are closed,youre not gonna grow any taller.

You can grow..but not in bones...at 22 youre most likely done growing naturally...you can do streches,and maybe gain 1 inch,2 if youre lucky..but thats it :).Your skeleton will not grow anymore..so trying to increase HGH is not gonna work.

lol atleast with the stretches i can change my incorrect my posture which will automatically make me look taller .....lol
i think i can grow in height but it will take a loooong time

These are pretty big claims, and without any studies or any scientific text attached to it. HGH are regulated by your body's hormonal system. I call this bull-shit.
The body would not produce more of HGH from this blend. It's important the balance of hormones, in your body is at specific narrow interval levels to not create problems. The only way to increase it properly, would be with subcutaneous injections.
