Help with towel lifts

I want to do towel raises but my erection is too heavy and hangs down and to the left. I want to strengthen my erection at the base but I don't kno how. I squeeze mid shaft and legal I do cs strengthening exercises but it still hangs down not toward the floor but a 45 degree angle down my length is 8.25". I want to find a way to at least make it point outward if not up
I need ideas
 
I'm only working on eq for the moment while my erections are hard they are frail at the base I need a way to either strengthen the base or make it thicker to hold my erection I'm lost!
 
Wow, the more length you have the harder it is to do the raises (even just kegels). My advice would be to start without the tower and just do kegels ot strenghten your PC and when you have achieved a certain level of PC muscle mastery- then proceed to light towels (don't push it very much- start off lightly) and as you progress- increase the weight :)

I've been doing kegals since I was 16 my pc muscle is huge it bulges out! It's not the pc that's the problem it's my penis base is weak I'm trying to figure a way to either strengthen or thicken the base to add some type of stability to my erection
